I have used Perfect Pools for roughly 20 years. I have a very old pool and Mark has always been able to fix it, and always knows what part he needs by my description of the problem. Other pool companies were not able to diagnose or fix the problems we have had over the years, but Mark and his team have always known and have done a great job taking care of our pool over the years.
Peyton helped us with a hard to diagnose pool leak and got us squared away. We so appreciated that he stayed late to get it fixed and that our pool is back to normal. Thank you!

Perfect Pools do reliable weekly maintenance, chemical balancing, openings, closings, and repairs. They’ve kept my pool in great shape through Michigan’s seasons. They’re professional, on time, and do good work. I definitely recommend for pool service!

Perfect Pools has opened and closed my 20x40 in ground gunite pool since 2000. 26 years. During that time they have installed a gas fired heater, a new filter, a pump, speced and installed a custom cover with tie downs drilled into the concrete deck, as well as repairs as needed. They are timely with service calls and very reasonable. Mark, the owner, has had his son help since he was a young child and who has the experience of a seasoned tradesman and may now be a co-owner?

Peyton is super responsive and has done a great job opening, closing and maintaining our pool and it’s always super clean!
Updating to a 5 as they've been back to update the new system so it's working properly once we separately tested the water and added sufficient salt, chemicals, and new filters. Thus far we're back to crystal clear water even after numerous swims, which wasn't thinkable the last few summers.

Update - I learned that good communication is important for the best customer service. I wish they would have learned this too. It seemed the longer I used them the poorer the communication. They really burst my bubble since my initial 5 star review. Perfect Pools lives up to their name! Peyton is a Rockstar! Not only is he highly experienced and knowledgable, he is friendly, responsive and professional. My custom inground pool is my baby. And Perfect Pools provides the excellent service it deserves! We had Perfect Pools install a new liner in our inground pool. Every interaction with them was friendly and professional, they showed up when they said they would show up, and our pool looks beautiful now! I will not hesitate to use them again.

All around amazing company and people that went above and beyond to get our pool up and running. We had a chlorinator and pump replaced and Mark and his son did an awesome job. Mark has been so incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process (we are first time pool owners) he walked us through everything and was extremely patient and thorough. They are honest and don’t try to upsell or charge you for things you don’t need. I highly reccomend perfect pools. I especially love that it is family owned and you can tell they take pride in their work and really know what they’re doing. Extremely professsional and prompt as well.
