They came out and did an estimate of my ac system and was truthful and honest. He gave solutions to an insane heat problem in my house. Although the work that needs to be done wasn’t necessarily where he could assist he was very helpful in many other ways. Should I need any future work done. I would definitely give them a chance. (I can’t speak to their pricing but I can speak to the estimation services provided.

Second time using this company & definitely won me over by telling me truthful & honest info about my central air AC system that other service men didn't tell me (from other hvac companies) . Keon was the most thorough tech that I've experienced so far. Not only did he explain & fix my AC unit he told me the truth about it the past work that other companies failed to do. Because of that, he gave me the heads up about a lot of info. Meaning what to expect from my AC now from past generic work & what his recommendations / able to fix or replace completely. Overall, he fix my AC unit & it was affordable for me. He also hooked it up with a discount, which I was shocked because that never happens for me, especially the quality of work he gave me. I've used Perfect Star a few times to service my furnace in Orinda. They are easy and timely. I love the receptionist that says, "how can I make you smile". I am not a fan of the subscription service but thankfully, they were not pushy on setting up a maintenance plan.
