I had our air ducts, vents, and dryer vent cleaned recently, and raymond sanitized the whole system before finishing the vent work. my house smells so fresh, and the indoor air feels much cleaner in the warm weather. i can already notice a big improvement in my son's allergies, and the airflow throughout the home seems better too. raymond was thorough, friendly, and professional. i highly recommend getting your air duct and vent cleaning done, especially as part of spring cleaning to freshen up your home.

High rating for honesty and professionalism. After reading an inspection report for our home saying the dryer vent looked packed with lint, I scheduled a service with Perfect Touch Air Duct Cleaners. Elias checked the vent right away and found it was not actually clogged. It had only looked blocked for a short time because of loose debris that had already cleared out. I really appreciated the honest inspection, clear explanation, and professional approach. It was great to know the dryer vent and airflow were in good shape without being pushed into unnecessary duct or vent cleaning.

We live in an older remodeled home in San Jose with floor vents, and i had no idea how dirty the air ducts and registers were until the inspection. There was dog hair, dust buildup, debris from the remodel, and even some mold inside the vent system. harold and his team did an amazing job with the air duct cleaning. They were very thorough, professional, and worked hard all day to clean every vent, return, and duct line so everything looked spotless. The airflow feels better now, the house smells fresher, and it gives us peace of mind knowing the hvac system is much cleaner. We had been feeling under the weather often, and i really think the dirty ductwork was part of the problem. keith was careful, explained the process clearly, and made sure the whole system was cleaned the right way. i highly recommend this service for anyone with older vents, pets, or post-remodel dust. miguel and the crew were excellent.

On my first call, harold was very friendly and informative about the air duct cleaning pricing and the whole process. He even encouraged me to compare options instead of pushing for a sale, which i really appreciated. After checking around, I chose Perfect Touch Air Duct Cleaners because the pricing was fair and the customer service felt more courteous than others. miguel was the technician who came out, and he was respectful, efficient, and very professional. He explained the duct cleaning equipment and the noise ahead of time since my infant son was home, and he also worked carefully around my 3 dogs. The whole visit felt smooth, organized, and considerate. My vents and ductwork were handled with care, and he did a great job. i highly recommend this service, and i would gladly use them again.

I was extremely happy with the air duct and vent cleaning service. As a San Jose homeowner, I reached out after seeing strong online reviews because my vents and ductwork were badly overdue for a deep cleaning. With my first baby arriving soon, I was very concerned about the dust and buildup in the system and wanted cleaner indoor air for my family. Miguel and Keith came out just a few days after my call and did a very thorough job cleaning all the vents, returns, and ductwork. It was clearly a difficult job, and it looked like the system had not been cleaned in a very long time. The before and after photos showed a huge difference. They worked carefully, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was cleaned out properly. I feel much better knowing the air moving through our home is fresher and that the HVAC system is in better shape. The whole experience gave me real peace of mind, and I would absolutely recommend this air duct cleaning service to friends and family.
