Our technician was very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips on the upkeep for our fireplace maintenance in order to prevent any future issues. He was very friendly and professional. A plus, was how clean everything looked after he was done!

Outstanding surface and lives up to its name. Sam and Patrick were very polite, very skilled and very patient. Extremely careful to not make a mess and to clean up afterwards. We have them come out every year to serve our fireplace and have done so for the last 10 years. I’ve never been disappointed.
