I have had a very positive session every time so far. Some of the exercises have been very hard for me to do, but have also been very good for me to do. So far I am enjoying and hating each section. Am going to continue until I finish my required sessions.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service from Cassandra, the front office coordinator. She was unwilling to work with me, repeatedly stated that she was the person in charge, and refused to let me speak with anyone else who might have been able to address my concerns. Instead of listening and attempting to resolve the issue professionally, she hung up on me. No customer or patient should be treated this way, especially by someone representing the front office. Management should seriously address how calls and concerns are handled.

My mother never got the opportunity to see them. All 3 first visit the pick up driver never showed up due to calling in. My mom was the one calling to check on the status. Not once was she notified but them about the cancelation. Very disappointed with the service.
