Unbelievably encouraging and challenging Reformer and Chair class with Jodi focusing on Classical today. Continue to learn so much to correct positioning to get the most out of each exercise. Amazing class with Juliette with a variety of exercises where the explanations and demonstrations are always be clear. Can always expect an extremely challenging Reformer and Chair class with Adela with exercises that are clearly explained while she keeps an eye on our form. Loved the extremely challenging and enjoyable Reformer and Chair class with Juliette. I felt as if I kept in mind the prior session’s prompts and reminders from Juliette for proper form. Always continue to learn and improve in Juliette’s classes with unique, different exercises. Extremely challenging Reformer and Chair class with Nancy. Nancy explains positions and movements in detail and ensures exercises are safely executed. I did get a little lost, but that could have been because I was too exhausted to keep up. Great Reformer and Chair class with Denise. Denise thoroughly described each position and exercise with reminders of what to keep in mind throughout the movement and made sure we were safe with the exercise and equipment. Incredible Reformer and Chair class with Juliette. Juliette explains the focus and impact of each position/movement/exercise while helping to ensure proper form. It was an extremely challenging and enjoyable class. Learned a great deal which helped to correct bad habits I have. Killer Tower class with Amanda that was challenging and kept your attention. Amanda thoroughly explains the movements with breath and technique. Really enjoy knowing more about correct positioning and the corrections were extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. Completely invigorating Reformer and Chair class with Adela. Adela always provides a safe environment ensuring/correcting/supporting proper form while making the class interesting and extremely challenging. Rayna in the Reformer and Chair class provides precise instructions, demonstrations, options as well as modifications, as necessary. Rayna is easy to follow and very helpful when asked which muscles should be activated/impacted when performing certain exercises. Really enjoy the challenge of Reformer and Chair with Rayna specifically the flow and development/build up of intensity of exercises/movements. Appreciate the fact that the corrections/adjustments Rayna makes feel private not public even in a class with others. Just had a terrific but personally challenging Reformer and Chair class with Adela showing that I need to improve my coordination to follow the order/flow of a few positions/steps. Adela was encouraging when correcting my form/movement but it was frustrating for me to be out of sync. Just took an excellent Reformer and Chair class with Rayna. Great, clear instruction and guidance. Reformer and Chair class with Jodi was challenging as usual executing different exercises which definitely isolate and require strengthening while focusing on accurate technique. Fantastic challenging Reformer and Chair class with Amanda proving precise instruction and demonstration to ensure safely executing exercises. Great Tower Class with Jodi. Felt very encouraged and supported throughout class with Jodi ensuring proper technique was used to make sure the exercises were being safely executed. Amazing first experience with Jodi at my demo which already was challenging. Jodi is a very passionate, friendly, open and knowledgeable instructor who explained the philosophy of how the classes are conducted so that all levels are welcome where personalizations/customizations are made for the students/clients which is so unique and very much appreciated.

My first ever attempt to Pilates and I am hooked! I am not the person who has been consistent at gyms in the past but here it's different - the trainers are so friendly and they correct you and help you get better! Time flew and I am already done with my 8 weeks intro and into my annual membership! 💪🏻

I’ve been coming to this Pilates studio for the past 3 months and truly love it! The instructors are amazing and the studio is always clean, organized, and has such a calming energy that makes every class enjoyable. Such a positive and supportive place that feels both professional and personal at the same time, highly recommend!

Truly such a one-of-a-kind studio! I first joined about two years ago and heartbreakingly had to cancel my membership as I'm moving away, but if I could stay a member of the studio forever I would without thinking about it twice. Jodi and the rest of the Persistence instructors are all incredible, so knowledgeable, and give every class member the attention of a private lesson even if you're in a fully booked class! The professionalism and care they have for every single member is so rare to come across and I couldn't speak more highly of the studio. If you're considering starting pilates or are looking for a new studio, this one can't be beat :)

I had such a great experience with the team at Persistence Pilates. They are incredibly understanding, patient, and truly knowledgeable about what they do. As someone with rheumatoid arthritis, I honestly didn’t think Pilates would be something my body could handle, but they completely proved me wrong. They took the time to guide me properly, made me feel comfortable, and helped me build strength in a way that felt safe and empowering. I’ve noticed such a positive difference since starting. I’m so grateful for the experience and will absolutely be looking forward to coming back in the future!

This is a wonderful Pilates studio! I have been going consistently and see the results in myself. All the instructors are kind and Jodi is extremely accommodating.
