I have been using Pest Assassins for about 4 years now, referred to me by a friend. I had a very bad mouse infestation then. Pest Assassins recommended a new bulkhead because mine was rusty and was considered by the technician the main point of entry. I took their advice then signed up for quarterly visits. It…
I have been working with PA for six months and am happy with my service. My home was serviced by Derek, Tyler, and Dylan. So far, they have done a good job of controlling the mouse population in my old house at a reasonable price. They have enthusiastically addressed all of my questions and educated me on the…
Very responsive. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

I called Pest Assassins for an inspection of potential rats on property as my neighbor was having problems. The technician, Derek, came and inspected the property. He located rat droppings throughout my basement and found openings in foundation they were utilizing. He was able to formulate a plan of action which…
Derek did a great job and we've been very happy with Pest Assassins over the years. They've been (and Derek was) highly professional.
We had a mouse issue in our house that was getting pretty bad. Tyler from Pest Assassins got right to the root of the problem. And he did a thorough exclusion of the exterior. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He got the problem cleared up completely. I highly recommend Pest Assassins and Tyler specifically!

Very happy with this service
Tyler came to our home today for our regularly scheduled maintenance. He always calls in advance if he has an earlier opening in the day. He checked out all of our bait boxes and looked for signs of mice. He is extremely knowledgeable about the work that he does and also just a very kind human. We have had an…
Derek has been extremely professional and has clearly communicated his assessment of our property, the problems, and treatments. He's answered any questions we have and been on time for our appointments. I've also been impressed when I've needed to reschedule. Their front desk person has been very available and made rescheduling super easy.
Tyler, the service technician, is outstanding. Always on time, courteous, and professional. Tyler stopping by to top up the rodent bait boxes is the highlight of my day.
They’ve helped me get the mouse problem under control that I inherited from the previous owner who let them run wild throughout the house for years. Derek is punctual, professional, and thoughtfully answers my questions. The service is much appreciated and a valuable (and critical) tool to keeping mice from taking over my home.
The Pest Assassins team is great to work with. We have been using them for a few years now to help prevent mice and everyone we have interacted with has been very knowledgeable and friendly.
Very efficient, thorough, friendly - even with my dog. Also responded to my questions.
