Exceptional service and extremely fair prices from a locally owned and operated company! I realized something had crawled into my dryer vent late on a Friday. I made the call and was answered by an actual person, not an auto attendant or call center. We made arrangements for a technician to come out on Saturday. Complications made scheduling a challenge, but the technician still came on Saturday evening and was able to quickly identify that a large bird had gotten in. He was able to safely capture the bird and fix the vent so it wouldn't get in again. Once we were sure the bird wouldn't get back in, we released it and it flew away, apparently none the worse for its experience. I highly recommend Pest Control PRO and will use them again for future issues.
Such a great experience with Michael and Pest Control PRO! Came out in a very timely manner, went above & beyond and overall very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!!!
We found that the yellow jackets started making a bee hive in a dent on the outside in the basement concrete hollow block. Since this was near the concrete patio , it was causing a problem as the bees came and went and we suspect we were bitten once. Once the Pest Control Pro team person exterminated the bees, their owner came over to check and close the dent with concrete that we supplied to close the dent. Michael is a great person to work with, lots of patience, understanding and knowledge.
By far best exterminator in Ohio. I had several crappy companies prior bs their way to my wallet for them to solve nothing. This company here did what others couldn’t in less than an hour and I had a horrible yellow jacket issue. Would and will use again and recommend anyone to do the same. Great prices, quick and effective, bees are gone and I felt confident in the procedure. Michael was awesome!
Michael was great to work with. He answered on first call, was able to come out the very next day, and helped answer all questions we had through the process. Would recommend his services to anyone! Thanks again, Michael!
Great locally owned business. We have quarterly service, and it has been very effective. Competitive pricing, great service, and fast responses to communications. We switched over from the larger named services and haven't looked back.
Update: Still great service. Has been very accommodating while selling our house. Would recommend.
Michael came out in short notice late in the day. His prices were less than the franchises and he didn’t press me to buy other services. He was knowledgable, guaranteed his work and was pleasant as well! Would highly recommend him!
Michael was my technician, and I couldn’t have been more happy with his service! He was able to come out the very same evening to take care of yellow jackets that were building a nest inside my wall. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly neat and organized. Even after cutting into the drywall, he made sure to clean up thoroughly and left everything looking great.
The price was very reasonable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for reliable, prompt, and professional service. If I have any other issues in the future, he will definitely be my #1 call!
I truly appreciate the speedy, dependable service and the great experience overall.
