Is Pest Patrol, Inc. any good?

Had them do a thermal and localized treatment for termites. Their service was impeccable and honest. Their pricing was fair and transparent. Wayne made the whole process seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend and work with them again.

The guys were great! Worked very hard the first day to get a supporting fascia board up, and when they returned to finish the job they were excellent and hard working. The repairs were perfect, and they even painted the new wood to keep the termites out. 100% recommend this company.

I very rarely post anything. But I have to give credit where due. Pest Patrol has been serving me for the last 8 years since moving to Ca. They are friendly, on time, and always very professional. Christian and Andy my techs, are respectful and always smiling. They explains what they are doing that day and…

Wayne was extremely professional and thorough. Great communication and clean up. Highly recommend!

Wayne and Omar and company reconstructed termite-ridden stairs and awning that were falling by apart and did a beautiful job. Friendly and reliable— they showed up, cleaned up, and got it done!

Wayne and Omar did a great job at our house and appreciate the professionalism.

Wayne, Oscar, and Omar did a great job treating, repairing, and repainting termite damage at our home. They were professional, courteous, and quick, and went the extra mile making sure paints were matched to existing and using quality materials. Highly recommend Pest Patrol!

Oscar and Wayne were wonderful. Very personable and hardworking. We had to have a great deal of trim, shiplap, and wood replaced or repaired due to termites. They then painted the wood that they replaced. We also had a heat treatment done in the attic to kill active termites. Oscar and Wayne did great work, and we…

Excellent service and very, very quick. Contractors remodeling my house found termites and I needed a quick action to keep the project on track. Elizabeth scheduled the inspection for the following day, Chris did the inspection and answered all my questions, and Joe came the following day to do the treatment.…

A Pest Patrol team did a great job of removing termite infested joist tails from our house and replaced them. It looks brand new.

Pest Patrol were fast and very responsive. Omar was great to work with.

We have used Pest Patrol for years and been very happy. All of the team members are great. Andy came out today and went above and beyond!

Pest Patrol did a great job helping us with a small termite problem and replacing a little wood rot repair. Javier, Joe and Omar did excellent work! They were so nice and professional and seem to be very good at what they do! Thank you Pest Patrol!

Wayne & Javier were professional and friendly and did a great job. We needed termite extermination as well as replacement of a significant amount of wood on our patio cover that had suffered from rot. They matched the paint and it looks really good now.

I contracted this company for rodent prevention, waste removal, sanitization, and termite fumigation. The pricing was reasonable, the staff were honest, and they performed the work thoroughly and diligently. I appreciate their hard work and plan to use their services regularly in the future. I would especially like…

Polite professional and prompt!!

I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. I recently bought a house that sat empty for over a year and needed extensive repairs and support for rodents, termites, and pests. Pest Patrol was honestly a delight to work with to solve these areas of concern, from the staff who manages the…

Pest patrol did a fantastic job on my house. Their initial inspection identified termite damage that wasn't evident to the naked eye. I had to remediate the damage and take action against the termites before I could refinance my house. I was under a time constraint and Pest Patrol moved quickly to accommodate my…

Tyler is friendly, fast and thorough

Tyler is great! He always calls me ahead of time, asks if we need to focus on anything in particular and he is fast, friendly and professional.

We started using Pest Patrol after we moved to our home and we struggled with many creepy critters getting into our home. We haven't had any issues since. All the employees have been nice, but Tyler has been a gem! I can ask him any question about pests (that I usually find outside) and he has very knowledgeable…

Google Review With this letter, I would hereby like to compliment “Pest Patrol,” for excellent service that they provide me with every 2 weeks. This was a great experience. They were on time, quick and friendly, and always made time to explain every detail. Working with Vincent, Josh and Joe was a pleasure; hard working and accurate and down to earth always doing their best. No cutting corners and no surprise fees. Great work.

I worked with John and Oscar at Pest Patrol. They were great in helping me understand what was going on with the termite situation in my home. The team was able to repair damaged areas of my home and were quick and efficient. I highly recommend Pest Patrol Inc.

We have used Pest Patrol for years. We love Tyler! He is very thorough and professional! We have always requested Tyler to do our service. He has kept us bug free for years. Pest Patrol is a stellar company! My realtor used them during escrow for termite inspections, but we ended using their services after shopping around. Their quotes were the most competitive right off the bat! I met John twice, once during the inspection and then again when we came to answer my questions. He was…

Great service, both technicians Jermaine and Jeremy were professional polite and informative. We were extremely pleased with the entire process.

Without a doubt, the only Termite service I use for my Real Estate business. Nothing but 5 Stars for Pest Patrol. I use them on my own home! Thx!

I am totally satisfied with Pest Petrol inc. My journey started with a pin size hole where termites dropping was pushed out. After a couple of months, of folks saying "all houses have termites, don't worry". I read that if untreated, a house could literally fall apart. So searched online and found some good write up…

Pest Patrol did a great job clearing rodents out the attic of our house and sealing up all points of entry. They removed the old insulation and cleaned up well. Great communication throughout the whole process. Recommend!

John from Pest Patrol came out and checked a condo unit for termites; he went above (literally) and beyond what most inspectors would do and checked the attic and found a handful of years worth nesting up there. Thank you for that insight needed before purchasing a property!

We have been using Pest Patrol for over a year now. First for an initial visit then monthly/bi-monthly maintenance. From the office gals to our services, we are 100% satisfied with Pest Patrol. We always request Christian to come out...he is incredibly thorough and shows those spiders whose boss every time! We had…
