We had an excellent experience with Rob from start to finish. He is professional, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly inspect our home and explain everything he found. He answered all of our questions and provided an effective treatment plan.
Since the service for carpenter ants we’ve noticed a huge difference. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and reliable, I highly recommend Pest Patrol Pittsburgh. Five stars all the way!

100 stars!! Cannot recommend Rob and Pest Patrol Pittsburgh enough!! If you need any pest management or maintenance look no further. They were so courteous and responsive and we really enjoyed working with them. Great service for a great price, and we have used all the “Big” guys. Rob listened to our needs and tailored a custom plan for our home and yard. We have not seen a bug since they came! Please run, not walk to contact them for any pest control needs. Thanks again!! We are customers for life.

Rob is genuinely the best, easy guy to deal with, will chat patiently with you on any questions you have, explain thoroughly what he is doing and why and I have even texted him on random evenings (sorry Rob but thank you!) to ask about critters or bugs around the yard/house and he responds with thorough and helpful information.

The best! Rob helped us with 2 yellow jacket issues at 2 different properties where they were getting into the home. He came quickly, explained everything, and the colonies were gone.
