Was driving down 1300 e and a pest control truck sped to cut in front of me, almost hitting me, then made an immediate right into a neighborhood. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid hitting the back of him.

we were told when we signed up for service that there was no sign up or cancellation fee. I did sign an agreement and made the mistake of trusting the person I spoke to, I missed that there was a small box with pastel writing that said 199 cancellation fee would be incurred if I stopped service before the complete year. i’m paying the fee and moving on with another company for next year. infuriating.<br><br>also, take the reviews with a grain of salt. They email you or text after every single service and say that the poor 20 year-old technician will get some extra money if you leave a positive review for the company. How about just pay them all a living wage?

Our sales team is expected to explain the agreement accurately, including the cancellation terms.<br><br>Your signed agreement states under “Terms & Cancellation,” directly beside the pricing on the first page, that cancelling before completing the initial term requires repayment of the initial service discount. Your cancellation fee reflects the $199 discount you received on your initial service.<br><br>We also want to address your concern about our technicians. Every Pest Pro employee earns at least three times minimum wage, independent of any bonuses. We do not want customers to feel asked or obligated to tip. The intent was to provide a company-funded bonus recognizing a technician’s excellent work, giving customers a way to help their technician receive something extra without spending any money themselves.<br><br>The reviews customers share reflect their own experiences with our team, and we sincerely appreciate the time they take to recognize excellent service. Any technician bonus was paid entirely by Pest Pro, and customers have never received any form of payment or discount for leaving a review. We have since removed the bonus language from all follow-up emails. We value honest feedback and are very sorry your experience ended on a frustrating note.
Bryce did an outstanding job of not only closing the entry portal where squirrels were entering, but assesed and mitigates other possible problems and provided enought information to know how to assess problems in the future.

I feel so deflated and disappointed. As a stay-at-home mom, I have discovered some pests in my home; primarily Indian Meal Moths, Drain Fly Larvae, and possible Carpet Beetles. I've been trying to get rid of these for months with consistent and excruciating effort. I finally reached out to Saela and felt like the weight of the world was lifted because someone else would validate and treat my concerns.<br><br>Our technician, Michael, completely ignored me the entire time and was so unprofessional; he would only look at and speak to my husband (they got along swimmingly). I mentioned the Meal Moths, he opened one cupboard that didn't have ANY potential food sources and then later quietly told my husband that he saw no signs of an infestation and therefore would not treat for them. He also made fun of and laughed at other customers that have sent him pictures of what they thought were bugs/cocoons, but he said was just lint.<br><br>I tried to bring up Drain Fly larvae, and he turned away from me and looked at my husband and said to just use enzymatic cleaner and it'll take care of it. I've already done that, on my own, for months. In his report, he put that he treated for ants. Ants have never been an issue and not even why I hired them.<br><br>I've been fighting this alone for months because nobody saw what I saw and my concerns were ignored. An exterminator felt like the answer and help I desperately needed.<br><br>Days after he left, I found LIVE Drain Flies AND Meal moths in my bathroom and kitchen! What a waste of $130, and all just to be completed ignored. He also never checked/inspected my carpets or furniture for Carpet Beetles.<br><br>I feel more defeated now than I did before. Like my concerns were a joke. I can't even explain how disappointed I am.
