Customers consistently praise the company for punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication regarding pest treatments like ant, rat, and flea control. Recurring themes highlight professional conduct, advance scheduling notices, and detailed explanations of the process. However, lower-rated reviews indicate frustration with a lack of phone quotes, requiring in-person inspections for estimates, and instances of missed appointments or poor phone responsiveness.
