Customers frequently highlight punctuality, professional conduct, and thorough pest control and lawn treatments. Reviewers note that technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive to specific concerns, including pet safety and product explanations. Some criticism involves parking issues that blocked sidewalks and a lack of responsiveness to grass problems following a business ownership change and price increase.
