Honestly so frustrated with this company. Not only are they in the high priced range, but they were completely ineffective. The first time they came and treated the house, we noticed no difference. We called them again because there were ants all over our lanai (caged) and several different types of bugs inside our house- esp in the closet areas. They sent someone and that person asked where we saw the bugs and sprayed that one spot. No where else. We called and complained to the manager that we were unsatisfied and he came out and “sprayed again” and basically told us this is just Florida life. Having lived in Florida for many decades, we decided to call someone else. That company came and we haven’t seen a single bug since. And their “guarantee” means nothing. I asked for a partial refund given the circumstances and they completely ignored me. Good luck if you use them.
Mike did a fantastic job had lots of patience with us and explained everything extremely well we would be happy to recommend others to your company again Mike was surlier
