Very happy with our experiences with this company. Ordered three back cushions and three seat cushions because of the size and style of my couch, back cushions did not fit properly. Exactly no problems getting the right back cushions. We contacted the company they figured out what I needed and sent a replacement at no cost. They contacted us to make sure we had the right ones sent. In a day where we have to deal with computer help, we appreciated the personalized service. They stand behind their Product. We are very happy with the look and the durability of the Cushion covers.

We feel so lucky to have found such a great service to take care of our beloved Goldendoodle, Charlie, as well as our home. Charlie loves everyone at Pet and Home Care who's taken care of her which includes daycare, a variety of grooming services, walks, really anything we've ever needed or wanted for our beloved pup. They are so sweet and caring with Charlie, I sometimes worry Charlie likes her PHC friends more than us! PHC has also provided excellent services to help clean and maintain our home. Our lives can get very busy, but Tiffany and Pet and Home Care have been a trusted and valued support system for us for years and have made all of our lives significantly better because we found them. My wife and I can be very particular and picky, so I can confidently say they are the best and couldn't recommend anyone more highly!!!

Our dogs LOVE being groomed with Shareena at the GreenK9. She takes her time, does beautiful work, and they come home calm. After a couple of bad experiences with dog groomers not having patience for our anxious dogs, I am very selective about who grooms them. I also appreciate their professional and kind staff.

We just used the sitting service again. It has been a couple of years since we needed a sitter and I am happy to report that the services are still top notch. Becca did an excellent job caring for our dog and cats. Animals that normally go into hiding came out due to her awareness of their timidness. All ate and no one escaped. The messages and pictures with each visit were much appreciated. I highly recommend Pet and Home Care.

Ive used this service for over two years. Recently their customer service has reached bottom. Today, they stopped my service, removed me from their pet portal, charged me and closed out my account with them. I had ask that they only provide me with one one of their walkers that I had for the first 18 months, at least twice a week if possible. Their final response was
" she is rarely available during the times I requested" ... I mean for the first 18 months she was available , and now she was not.... After numerous attempts to remedy this, they decided (Customer Service Agent Becca) to cut me and my dogs loose. I contacted them to give them "NOTICE"; that I would be looking for another service. I am a senior citizen wtih Dystolic Heart Failure. What a way to treat a senior citizen.. Terrible service... And the owner, did nothing, even though on her web page she states "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will correct it right away and offer a money-back guarantee".
But the dog and cat staff caretakers are excellent Sad, but I do no recommend this service providers.

However, her availability didn't align with your requested time frames, which we discussed with you several times. We offered a rotation of reliable sitters to ensure your dogs had consistent, quality care with experienced staff.
Your account was settled at $0 after your final visit charge, and portal access closed with your account, which is our standard practice.

These people and this service is incredible. I have been using them for a few years now and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are incredibly flexible, super communicative, and the sitters that come to your home are amazing. You can tell that sitters love animals and have always made our 2 dogs so happy when they come to visit. If they run into any issues, they call right away and talk you through it. I have always felt better knowing that when we are traveling my dogs have been un great hands. Thank you to the entire staff for being amazing!

PHC staff are the best! So glad I found them. My ancient iggys have gotten too old to travel with us and A kennel is a non starter for us. They are professional and I knew it was a good fit that when they came for meet and greet before the service they got on floor to pet my very shy oldies. As far as service they have always been on time, spent time ensuring my doggos were healthy happy and needs were met. I love that they send us pics of each visit. In addition to dogs we have fish and chinchillas that usually don’t require care but we get updates pics and the chin bros get a pat and treat. Goes along way to provide peace of mind. My dogs are very shy and they are patient and spend time with them to earn their trust. I’ve used them for service lasting one night to 10 days. My pets are happy healthy and the the customer service is what keeps me coming back. Can’t say enough good things.
