Our entire experience at PERC, on a very unhappy day, was made easier by the staff there. The week before our appointment at PERC, we learned from our vet that one of our kitties has cancer. We wanted to get an oncologist's feedback and to tell us what our options are. We had been to PERC 5 years earlier, when we lived in Palm Beach Gardens, and visiting now it looks like a totally different, new, improved facility! The office staff was prompt and professional. Our nurse, Nicole, was gentle, sweet and listened as we shared details on Eve's health. I don't know where to begin regarding Dr. Zaidi. She and Nicole took Eve to a different room for a brief exam. When she returned with Eve, she told us that there is very little in the way of treatments for this type of cancer and that it is one of the most common forms of cancer in cats. She shared with us that she had to put one of her cats down last spring due to lymphoma. She was incredibly, painstakingly, kind and gentle with us, answering our questions and walking us through the process. I chose to go to PERC because I read Dr. Zaidi's educational background (extremely extensive) and because she wrote in her bio that she has 3 cats at home! She in no way spoke down to us, she shared detailed knowledge with us and listened as we expressed our concerns and sadness. If I am ever in need of a veterinary oncologist again I would choose Dr. Zaidi and PERC first! Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion. Sandy & James

Here is where I take my pets for emergency visits or to see Dr. Hanson for orthopedic surgery. I have been coming here for more than 10 years and have complete confidence in their service. I don't believe there is a better orthopedic surgeon in the area.

Everyone was so friendly and kind..Eric The vet tech was great! Dr. Water was kind, helpful and took time to answer all my questions. I wish he was in a regular practice because I would take all my dogs to him! I didn’t like that they require you to pay 100 percent of the highest estimate up front. Thankfully they worked with me because the estimate was considerable.

Cruel, Heartless, and Unprofessional: Avoid This Place at All Costs I am writing this review LONG after the fact, having allowed enough time to process the sheer horror of how I was treated during one of the most painful moments of my life. My experience here was nothing short of disgusting, heartless, and profoundly unprofessional. I had to bring my beloved cat in to be euthanized after his condition suddenly took a horrific turn. He was vomiting blood and in immense distress. I called ahead to let them know I was coming and to ask for the cost. I knew what had to be done, and my only goal was to relieve his suffering as quickly and peacefully as possible. The moment I walked through the door of this 24-hour facility, I was met with complete contempt by the receptionist at the front desk. Despite having open rooms, she forced me to wait while my cat was in agony. She was visibly agitated, and acting like my presence was a burden. When trying to look up my account, she kept pulling up a family member's record under a different cat. Even after I spelled my name and gave my phone number, she gave me a hard time, insisting we create a whole new account right then and there. I begged her to just let us handle the administrative paperwork after I was able to say goodbye to my suffering animal, especially since I called ahead. She refused with a dismissive, indifferent attitude. When we finally got back to a room, the vet tech eventually took my cat to the back to place an IV and wrap him up so he’d be ready for the procedure. While he was in the back, and while I was sitting alone in the room, sobbing and devastated, emptionally preparing to let go my best friend go, the same front desk receptionist comes back into the room demanding that I walk out to the lobby to pay right then. When I asked if I could please pay after the procedure was completed, she bluntly refused and said they wouldn't proceed until I paid first. Holding an owner's dying pet hostage behind closed doors until payment clears, and forcing a grieving person to walk out into a public lobby mid sob to swipe a card is beyond barbaric. When I told her how unnecessarily cruel and unprofessional she was being, she didn't apologize, showed zero remorse, and remained completely cold and dismissive. While the veterinarian himself was kind, the front desk operations and staff at this facility are a disgrace to the veterinary profession. Euthanasia requires basic human compassion, respect, and dignity—none of which you will find at the front counter here. They treat dying animals like transaction numbers and grieving owners like inconveniences, not to mention lack of transparency in pricing. Save yourself the additional trauma during an already unbearable time and take your pets anywhere else. You disgust me !

The care for our cat (Paul) was great but the cost was shocking 3000.00 wow!! He went in on Sat. afternoon and was discharged on Monday evening. This was not what was expected. No pet ins, pet ins would not have covered it, it is a pre-existing illness. The doctors on staff were awesome.
