Pet Evolution - Mill Creek, WA - Grooming | Self-Wash | Healthy Food | Mobile Nail Trim

Best dog wash for me. My bernese is so clean.

Great 1st time experience using a mobile dog service! I have a large breed senior dog. Pet Evolution was so gentle and patient with her even allowing her breaks to move a bit during her nail trim and file. On time and easy to communicate with. Already scheduled our next appointment with them!

Great experience! Walked in, no appointment necessary. Got a tour of everything, paid and walked the dog to the tub to wash. No time limit either! So you don't feel rushed.

More expensive than other dog washes in the area, ran out of towels, and do not include amenities like ear wipes, conditioners, or detanglers so make sure to bring your own. however, they do offer a great membership program so if you Have a dog that needs to be washed frequently, this is the place to bring them! They also have an incredible selection of stuffed animals…but it’s hard to justify buying a super cute octopus toy for $30 that will be torn apart within minutes of offering it to your pooch 🤷🏻‍♀️ However, their staff is delightful, attentive, and helpful. They also carry a good variety of non-food products. Overall, it’s not my first choice but it’s a good neighborhood place.

Great place to give your dog a bath! Friendly staff and easy to do. I washed my dog myself and clean towels, shampoo, and the blow dryer are all included with the wash and are easy to use. They have aprons available if you wish to wear one to stay dry. I will continue to take my dog here for baths!

Terrible experience. The front desk people are incompetent, unprofessional and very poor communication/customer service. I’ve brought my small dog several times where the grooming takes anywhere from 1.5 - 2 hours. The last time I took him it was going on 3.5 hours when I had to call to find out what was going on. I was told the 2 hours on their website and my previous experiences are not what I should expect. It can take longer depending upon how many dogs the groomer has. This was never communicated to me up front and I was given no apology. It was as if I should’ve just known and had no expectation of my small dog taking more than the usual 2 hours. I do NOT recommend this place.

My Siberian husky went in super stinky and a whole coat needing to come off. She came back smelling amazing and looking like a whole new dog!! I’m absolutely mind blown at the miracle they pulled off in under 2 hours. So thankful for the hard work they put into making our girl look and feel her best. We will be back!!!!❤️
