Great customer service and truly caring staff! 😊

Great staff ! Great care ! Clean spaces for self washing and worth the price.

This my first time taking my baby ing or grooming. They did an excellent job. My baby's fur was so soft. She's a hand full. 😃

No waiting on Labor Day weekend and my dog teeth cleaning and gland expression were completed in no time. Clean and organized pet shop where you can see groomers working through the glasses. There also self service stations where you can take care of your pet yourself. Staff was very courteous and professional.

We absolutely LOVE Pet Evolutions Richmond! I take both of my babies, Cooper Duper, my miniature Dachshund, and Ella Bella, my Australian Shepherd, there for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. The staff is wonderful, professional, and genuinely caring. They do an amazing job grooming both of my dogs, but what I appreciate most is how well they treat them while they’re there. I know they are in good hands, and that gives me so much peace of mind. Cooper Duper and Ella Bella are definitely spoiled, and Pet Evolutions treats them like the VIPs they think they are! 😂🐾 If you’re looking for a groomer who will take excellent care of your fur babies and make sure they look their absolute best, I highly recommend Pet Evolutions Richmond. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! ❤️🐶

Had a wonderful experience as a first time customer!! Our dog, Sir Puggington; got the full groom service with Tatianna, teeth clean, and nail trim along with a cute bandana. He smelt so good and felt so soft and fluffy. His breath no longer smelled - Thank goodness! They have great customer service, healthy food and treats, as well as supplements for more senior dogs. They even have a self washing area with membership packages and they keep the facility super clean. Will definitely be going back again!

I had my dog’s nails trimmed and the tips were barely clipped and the fifth nail on front paws not clipped. The groomer called me personally and explained that she didn’t want to clip shorter because it would hurt my pup. She explained also that bringing my pup in sooner between nail trims would help the nail to be trimmed shorter. I really appreciate that they contacted me and explained why the nails were not cut shorter.

Took Myla in for a bath today with Nas . He was so kind, patient, and gentle with her. Myla is a rescue and is still very fearful of new people and situations, so I really appreciated how understanding he was and how carefully he handled her. It made the experience so much less stressful for both of us. Thank you, Nas, for taking such good care of my girl! 🐾❤️

Been coming here for a while now and they always do a good job. I also love that they have self service dog wash stations.
