Customers frequently cite reasonable pricing, friendly staff, and the ability to handle anxious or senior dogs as key benefits of the family-owned business. Reviewers note that pets often return relaxed and well-groomed, with specific praise for the facility's cleanliness and transparent view of the process. The primary criticism involves a policy refusing to perform first-time haircuts on dogs, requiring owners to seek alternative services for initial trims.

We are happy to support a family owned local business. We were pleased with the service and our dogs were groomed beautifully. They seemed quite experienced with doodles. The prices were reasonable. We will definitely continue to go here and highly recommend them.

I took my 15 year-old toy poodle Sam to Mi Mundo today after her previous groomer was not able to groom any longer. We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and very gentle with Sam. She looks beautiful and they were done in less than two hours. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your dog grooming needs. It means the most to me when my dog comes back to me very happy. I will be a customer from now on. I’m glad I found you!

Thank you for recommending us and for being part of the Mi Mundo family! 🐶✨
We absolutely love Mi Mundo! They always do such a great job with my dog, but what I appreciate the most is how comfortable he seems there. This is the only grooming place I’ve taken him where he doesn’t look stressed out when I pick him up, and that says a lot to me.
You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and treat them well. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming, and I love that it’s a family-run business. I always feel good leaving my dog with them because I know he’s in good hands.
Definitely recommend Mi Mundo! 🐾❤️

Best groomers and dog sitters in Tucson! It’s not easy trusting someone with a member of your family, but I never have to worry when my dog is with them. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, attention, and love they give every time.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for people who truly care about the animals they look after! 🐶
