I got recommended this place by a friend that takes her dog here. I took my dog in for a groom I told them I wanted her fluffy even showed them a picture of how they had left her at a previous place. I picked her up 3 hours later and she was completely shaved down. Not what I asked for at all.. I would have shaved her myself without having to pay all that money. They didn’t even call to let me know they were going to shave her down either. 0 stars if I could for poor costumer service communication skills. And no she was not matted she had just been brushed out and bathed at the tractor supply a week prior.

However, we want to make sure this review is for our shop, as we were unable to find your name in our system and have not received any recent complaints regarding a situation like this. We would only shave a dog if the coat was severely matted, if the owner requested a short haircut, or there could have been a miscommunication. We always want to do our best to follow each customer's grooming instructions. Could you please let us know your pet/owner's name? We would like to look into the appointment and better understand what happened. I recently moved out to the OC and been trying to find a new groomer. Finding a new place is always hard because you have to trial and error. This is the second place I have gone and I can confidently say I have found our new groomer :) The staff is kind and I love that they have a menu of services that cater to different needs. This place is also extremely affordable. Thank you!

My dog literally drags me in the front door whenever I bring him because he loves the groomers so much. They do a fantastic job and I always trust that he is good hands. Even my previous dog who had had a bad experience at a different groomer loved going here!

I took my fur babies, Bruno and Brisa, for their very first professional grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They came out looking absolutely adorable, but what really stood out was how happy they were. You can tell when your pets have been treated with kindness, and this place nailed it. Brisa even kept trying to get pets from the lady at the front desk — a sure sign she felt safe and loved. Thank you for taking such amazing care of them. We’ll definitely be back.

Poor customer service. Lady didn't cut my dog's face properly when I brought it to her attention she was rude and said you people always want something for nothing. Beware of this business

I did offer to have you bring Charlie back so we could fix any uneven areas you noticed. However, during our conversation over the phone, your behavior came across as rude and unappreciative of our work as groomers. Although you returned for another grooming session without an appointment like always, I chose not to continue the service because we strive to maintain a respectful environment for both our clients and our team. I also want to clarify that I never said, "you people always want something for nothing." Please do not make statements that are not true. I said I don't feel comfortable grooming your dog again due to our previous interaction. I'm sorry we won't be able to continue grooming Charlie, but I believe it would be best for you to find another groomer who better meets your expectations.
