Google reviewers rate Pet Stylista 4.7 out of 5 stars based on 280 reviews, with the owner responding to 29% of them. Customers frequently praise the staff for handling anxious pets gently, providing consistent grooming results, and sending post-service photos. Recurring themes include punctual appointments, reasonable pricing for monthly services, and clear communication. However, several low-star reviews criticize specific incidents involving improper nail trimming, staff rudeness regarding parking or scheduling, and a lack of shade for waiting customers during hot summer days.

Pet Stylista has been great to bring my very friendly but anxious when it comes to grooming. All of the staff are kind, speedy, and provided great grooming. I love the ability to get a full service and have photos of my pup sent over. And the walk in nail grinding is also such a great experience.
Have been taking my pups there for years. Started with my sweet maltese edward, sophie the poodle, and now gus the lhasa apso! They all seem happy when I pick them up, and the groomers always do a great job!
All three of my pugs have gone to this groomer in Broadway; close to midtown, Curtis Park, Land Park and Oak Park. Great service, results and long term relationship skills! Highly recommend. Monthly grooming gets a better total price.
My cat is 9 years old and is territorial with our 6 month old cat, so our last resort was the nail caps, which I was reluctant to try due to Mochi (older) having possible discomfort with them. I brought her in and was nervous because she can be physically aggressive when she is scared. The whole appointment only took 20 minutes and she was actually pretty well behaved. I feel she was so behaved because she trusted the kind staff. They were all very friendly looking and greeted me with smiles. Mochi doesn't even notice she has the caps on, and they were very affordable to have done. I can finally relax and allow the cats to get to know each other without stressing about the older one scratching the younger one. I really appreciate your services and will be coming back next time she needs this done. Maybe I will even have her groomed as well. I will also recommend this shop to my friends! Again, thank you all for your kindness. ❤️
Very friendly!
My doggy Uncle Benny’s visit was wonderful . It was his first full service grooming experience and he seemed very comfortable with the staff and other dogs. He looks great. Thank you, Rachel.
These folks are incredible! They're kind, quick, and did a fantastic job. My sweet, senior tortie cat has never felt so beautiful!
We are very pleased with the Pet Stylista. Our little 10lb dog is quite timid, and they are always very kind and gentle with him. We just go in for nails and (every other month) glands, so I can only speak to those services. I can say they do an excellent job, in a timely manner (less than 10 min with an appointment), and they are reasonable and friendly. I'm so glad we found them and we will continue to bring our pup here!
Male staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Apparently people aren’t allowed to make mistakes, I accidentally parked in an employee’s spot, which was not marked reserved, and instead of parking off to the side they boxed me in, wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called and chastised me for an honest mistake.
Everyone there is so incredibly nice!! Christina who was our groomer is absolutely amazing and did an excellent job on the doggie we are taking care of currently, we would absolutely go back there, total trust in them and Christina!
