Great staff, good product selection and always pet welcoming!! Plan on using their pet washing station soon, hoping it works as well as it looks, need to look at the drying options, that is the most difficult part for me. Love this store and the people. I could easily go some place closer, but I choose to drive a bit farther for the service and for the hours, open till 9:00 works well for me!!

The girl there was super sweet, the one with longer hair, I didn’t catch her name. She greeted us instantly and asked if we needed help. She fixed a mistake I made while checking out and she was apologizing to me. Great employee.

Absolutely awesome staff and a decent selection of cat toys. More for dogs, however. Got several items and weren't bothered by the staff like in some locations. Will definitely be back!!!

I love going to this place, but when I walk in, in the summer and it feels like its 90 degrees inside and I see a cat that looks sick due to the heat and the employees look hot and upset, I dont wanna be there. The upper management at this store, needs to fix the AC or turn it on and care about their employees.

Got a basking lamp roughly a month ago and the light went out. Reached out to the store and was put on hold and no one came back . I stopped in at store but once I told them what happened no one really said much just awkward silence . I was happy to get another one but was expecting something like half off even as they shouldn’t last only a month ! Very disappointed
