EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN MANAGEMENT Asked for 4 nail trims. Showed them the coupon. Manager named “Chris” rang us up as “nail files at $15 each”. She said the coupon is for a “trim & file at $19 each” (more money & work for groomer) She refused to adjust it to nail trim & file or to honor the coupon. This makes absolutely zero sense and was terrible service!! It was their error and easy to fix, $95 for nails is insane when the nails don’t even look done!

Just wanted to say, Princess, was the best groomer for my dogs! Kai is a pretty reactive dog and he does AMAZING with her. To see how far he has come since I have first taken him to get groomed, its like a totally different dog. Josie did really well with her as well. I loved how Princess cared for my dogs and always loved the good quality work she provides! She always provided a little report on how they both did, she took time to take a pic of both of them after each groom and let me have a copy to take home! She even got my Kaibear a birthday gift last year! She also took the time to put together a goodbye gift for Kai and Josie. She goes above and beyond and I can tell she loves what she does! Sad to see her transfer, but I'm happy for her, in her new chapter!

I want to love PSP, but they really have to most unhelpful people that work there. For a month they have said that they would have the dog food I needed the following week. And every week I go in and they have another reason or excuse not to have gotten it, they even did a “ special order” and when I came in the following week guess what?! No food again. Both of the people there this morning stood there and lied straight to my face about the reason why they didn’t have the food because I over heard the girl tell the guy she found the order ticket in the back but didn’t see it. I then asked if they could call a different location to see if anyone else had it and they acted like that was too difficult. And once again the girl lied and said she tried to call but they didn’t know if the other store had it. When I got to my car I called the store they supposedly called and she said that no one had called about this good at all. I would totally understand if they would’ve been busy in the store, but there’s literally no one in the store and they’re playing on their phones. Horrible, horrible customer service, and lazy employees

I’ve never had any problems with Pet Supplies Plus before, and I’ve always had a good experience shopping there. However, I recently bought a cow snout for my dog, and before giving it to her, I noticed a bunch of small black bugs that looked kind of like roly-polies on the snout. It was still completely packaged and had never been opened, and I even saw one of the bugs still alive. I’m not sure how this happened, but it definitely made me uncomfortable, especially since it was a treat meant for my dog to eat. I’ve never experienced anything like this with Pet Supplies Plus before, so I’m hoping this was just an isolated issue. I would definitely recommend checking these types of products carefully before giving them to your pets.

Employees are wonderful, the store is clean, the store is well stocked. I love this place I love all their catnip toys. It is just my pet's favorite store

Terrible customer service. Rude groomer with a nose ring. Had to insist that she was right even though she wasn't part of the conversation. Poor communications. Wil not go back.

Absolutely amazing service and selection of products! Wonderful staff! This location beats the William Cannon and Menchaca location hands down! Completely worth the drive! Highly recommend!
