Great place to buy pet supplies

Staff is friendly and helpful but they didn't seem super happy. I like the store but i brought my dogs in for a nail trim and it was super chaotic. My dog got nipped and bled which i understand can happen but it felt like it waa due to the chaos so i havent brought my dogs back for that.

This is my second time getting my dog's nails trimmed here and the groomers here are amazing! So professional and you can tell they have the patience to handle anxious pups. Thank you for your spectacular service! Shoutout to Lexi and Ava!

I just want to shout out these high schoolers, Aiden and Cameron have always been helpful. About every time I come in these guys always help me. My first stop here they helped me pick out and carry out my fish tank. These 2 always help me whenever I need for my fish.

This location is the absolute best. I live in Athens and drive out of my way just to come to this location because of how hospitable they are and the fact that they always have the products that my cats desire the most in stock. The staff are always friendly, are on top of packing orders and letting you know whenever it is ready to pick up, and don't even seem to mind helping you out to your car. Which is something I have not experienced at many other locations in the area.

I was having issues with my doordash card that wouldn't allow me to do tap to pay. When I came back after transferring my money I heard the cashiers, Payton P, and manager speaking on me about how I don't have money, they should ban my wife and I because they had to restock it (if they gave me 5 minutes to figure out my card they would have known that we came right back in to buy it) and how I must be stupid because I don't know how my card works. It was an issue they've never seen before either, it wasn't declined it said contactless limit exceeded. so if I'm stupid, I guess it takes one to know one. Very rude I did go back in and get most of the things that I wanted for my pets but I chose not to get the extra items I wanted because I will not be continuing to support this businesses' location.

Decided to check this store out since I was in the area and needed some cat food. Extremely rude management. Whoever was in charge the day I went was unhelpful and from what I overheard while looking around they’re rude to their own workers as well for seemingly no reason at all. Im sure the regular workers there are getting paid minimum wage, no reason to treat them so badly when you’re probably paying them in beans. Very off putting experience and I won’t be back to any PSP ever again since this is how they’re run.
