Ewa was super kind and helpful in finding a long lasting reusable chew for my dog who destroys everything. She was very knowledgeable and able to help me along with having a very wide selection of toys and a great local shop! Will definitely be heading back again!

Thank you!
I went in for my first time today and had a great experience. Lady working there was so nice and even gave my Poncho a free food sample and toys. Where I’ll be going for his food from now on.
Thank you so very much for your wonderful review. I am looking forward to see Poncho, he is a beautiful kitty!

This review is way over due. We are actually asking ourselves why we didn’t do it sooner? PetWants Chicago is a local business that cares about your pets. Every pet that walks through that door is family for life. Ewa is full of knowledge and compassion. She truly knows her products and can guide you in the right direction. Her knowledge cured many dog allergies and saved many tummies. You will not find quantity there, you will find quality and personal touch. Our personal pets are her customers and they love everything she picks for them, from bully sticks to yummy treats. If you have a reactive dog, she can also set up a shopping time just for you and your dog, at no additional cost. She has been helping many rescues including ours with generous food donations. She has been helping us since 2017 and adopted her personal dog from us, Devin. She can tell you herself how Devin was found 😃. Ewa also donates to food pantries for those in need. A store owner with a big heart ❤️ Please support this local business. They exist because of customers like us.
Thank you so much for this incredibly kind and thoughtful review. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share these words and to express how important it is to support small, local businesses. It means more to me than you know. I’m so grateful for your support over the years—and especially for bringing Devin into my life! 😊❤️
