Pet Wants is the BEST!!!! Rochelle is an AMAZING groomer!!! Our miniature schnauzer Midge generally hates getting groomed but loves coming to see her “friends” Rochelle and Kate. Rochelle is gentle, kind-hearted, and understanding. Moreover, she is a very talented groomer. Aside for the grooming, they have a wonderful assortment of treats, supplements, and food! Kate is incredibly knowledgeable on all their products and is beyond helpful!!! She is always happy to help me find exactly what I need. I highly recommend stopping by Pet Wants!!! You won’t regret it!!!

Do not go here unless you want to waste your time and money. The employees were friendly, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely unorganized and unprofessional.
I have two very small Yorkies—3.5 lbs and 7 lbs. I was quoted $55 per dog for grooming, but after the grooming was finished, I was charged $150. I was then told they add charges based on the amount of time the grooming takes. This was NEVER explained to me beforehand. If I had known the price could increase that much, I would not have agreed to the service.
Even more frustrating, one of my Yorkies did not even have his face groomed because they said he wasn’t cooperative, yet I was still charged full price PLUS the additional charges.
This was already me giving them a second chance. My first grooming appointment was canceled only hours beforehand. I decided to try again because the location is very convenient, but when we arrived for the second appointment, no one was there yet. Then, after everything else, I was hit with a bill much higher than what I was quoted.
Friendly staff, but after two disappointing experiences, poor communication, and unexpected charges, we will not be back.
This place is great. I had my golden doodle clipped there and I was very pleased. Best groom for her in a very long time. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

I love this place! They are so knowledgeable of diets and all things dogs! Cooper loves Rochelle! The has been his groomer for YEARS now and I faithfully follow her everywhere! If you need a good groomer who does excellent everytime but also can give you advice on all things diet, coat, you name it then give this place a try and ask for Rochelle. The lady at the front desk is extremely helpful as well! I think I took 30 minutes of her time just asking questions on how to better care for my Cooper and she was excellent! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The store is clean, organized, and has great options for pets of different ages, sizes, and nutritional needs.
I have two small dogs, including a senior with health issues, so finding the right products is important to me. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I was also pleasantly surprised to see they have a groomer on site! It’s great to have pet-focused products and services without the big-box chain feel. You can tell they truly care about pets and their well-being.
I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

My dogs are on special diets and can’t have beef, chicken, or grain. They always have a nice selection and I know I’m getting the best of the best for my babies. This is going to be a constant stop and shop for me!!
