I am beyond grateful for the service Pets2Vets provides. A month ago my dog Logan just could not walk and even if I was driving there was no way I could have gotten him into a car, he’s a big boy! The guy they sent over brought a stretcher and was a tremendous help. I have used them three times in total and each driver has been such a big help, I cannot stress enough how much BETTER an experience Pets2Vets is over the pet ride options with other ride services! For me they are invaluable I will continue to use their service and highly recommend it to anyone who do not drive or needs assistance getting their beloved pet to the Doctor!

I was between a rock and a hard spot when I realized my bulldog was NOT going to be able to jump into my vehicle anymore, and I couldn’t help her with that either. Not because she she was too heavy, basically because her legs are too short!! Someone recommended a service called “pet2vet. What a great idea. I called them and used their service. They came at 10:45, as planned, and were able to get her into their cute little van. . They took her to my vet, and the service will actually stay there for up to 2 hours and then bring your pet back home safe and sound. I went, so I could meet with the vet. What a great idea for those who have problems transporting your furbaby. They will provide a taxi service for your pet and make sure all goes well. . I could have used a mobile vet, but then , if they need lab services, they still need to get to the vets clinic. I highly recommend this service.

I'm totally paranoid about leaving my Reggie. This is such a necessary service and they act with such integrity and reliability. He was safe. He was well cared for. I can't recommend them enough. We definitely will be visiting with them again. Thank you!

Pets2Vets saved the day for my 100+ pounds ill dog, who was unable to walk and has behavioral issues. They were prompt in responding to my outreach, on time in pick up for transport to ER, and had 2 people for the lifting. They kindly made themselves the next morning to bring my dog home. They are knowledgeable, experienced and genuinely care about animals !

I have been taking care of stray cats for 30 years and discovered 2 feral kittens who were pregnant. I had desperately tried to find low-cost vets who could perform spay surgery on short notice. On the day of my Vet appointment, just a couple hours before my 7:00 am appointment my neighbor called me saying she could not provide transport due to an emergency. I was in a real bind, and called Lorena at the last minute. She was very friendly, even though I probably woke her up. She agreed to meet me at 6:30 am and the whole process went smoothly. During transport, we shared information about stray dogs and cats, which she showed her strong interest. I consider her service a rare and valuable find.

Pet2Vets saved my dog's life. I don't even know where to begin. My senior dog, Ollie, suddenly couldn't go to the bathroom after a long road trip. He kept trying and trying but nothing was happening- it had been close to 12 hours and I knew something was terribly wrong. I have a neck injury and cannot lift more than forty pounds, and Ollie weighs 130 with a blown-out knee. I was panicking and felt completely helpless. The vet ER mentioned PET2Vets, and I called right away. It was around 9pm on a Sunday night. Lorena answered -kind, calm, and understanding. Even though all her employees were done for the night, she could hear the worry in my voice and refused to leave me stranded. She called one of her team members, Christine, who had just finished a long day but still said yes without hesitation. These two women quite literally saved my dog's life. Ollie had a bladder stone that completely blocked his urethra- without their help, he wouldn't have made it. Thanks to Lorena and Christine. Ollie made it to the ER in time and recovered fully without surgery and no kidney damage. It's rare these days to find people who genuinely care and go above and beyond for both pets and their owners. Lorena, Christine- you have my deepest gratitude. First let me say this they are life savers.I am 76 female with a cane. How wonderful it is to have them stay with you the whole time..I can’t carry a carrier while using my cane. Lorraine and Richard, I have used this service twice, were with me 100% of the time.They did all the heavy lifting for me..I will be calling them again anytime I need a taxi for my pets..They love animals and it shows..
