Pete's Appliance is amazing. As his website says, his values of honesty, integrity, and simplicity are real and true. And he's a great guy. I was referred by a neighbor who had his refrigerator rebuilt by Pete, who repeated the feat for my 19 year old tough-to-replace freezer. The 5-star reviews on Google and Yelp are real - you don't have to go anywhere else in the area for appliance service. Company is easy to deal with on the phone and by text - and if he calls you after dinner, that's because he's been working all day. Pete's is great.

Probably the best service experience I have had in the past 5-10 years with anyone in any industry. Communicated about arrival and showed up when he said he would. Diagnosed what was wrong. Gave a fair price. Completed his work neatly and cleaned up. Extremely pleasant to deal with. I would recommend anyone looking for an appliance repair contact him.

I recently contacted Pete's Appliance, for the first time, to hopefully repair a Magtag washing machine. His scheduler answered immediately and was pleasant, organized, and provided a timely appointment. Pete was wonderful: he clearly seemed to know his way around our washing machine and has a nice manner. He reasoned that the machine was still in good shape and worth the repair. He returned the next day with the new part. We recommend Pete very highly and without any reservation.

Pete was amazing. We worked with him twice: once on our dryer, an older Kenmore model, where he was nice enough, after we let him know we are pretty handy ourselves, to diagnose the problem and tell us what part we needed so we could order it and fix the rest ourselves. Then, a year later, when our washer was having issues, he was super reliable, did a full check, told us what needed to be replaced, and had it fixed ASAP. Very communicative and reliable. He even came after hours to make sure we had the washer available before the weekend so we could do laundry.

I had a great experience with Pete´s Appliance repair service. A friend recommended him, and he absolutely lived up to the expectations. He was very reliable and professional throughout the whole process.
One thing I really appreciated was the communication, they send a text the day before with the arrival time, which makes planning so much easier. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both trustworthy and fairly priced.
I will definitely contact him again for any future repairs and highly recommend his services.

Highly recommend Pete! His scheduling team was quick and responsive, and they worked with me to have Pete come over on a day that fit my schedule. Pete himself was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, answered my questions, and worked quickly and cleanly. I had him look over my oven, which had stopped working. He diagnosed the problem easily (the ignitor needed to be replaced) and fixed it on the spot since he had the part with him. This was my first time hiring an appliance repair-person and I was really nervous because I've had issues with hiring people to do repairs around the house before. But I trusted Pete because he emphasizes that he's local, and all the reviews said it was actually Pete coming over to do the repairs. I'll definitely reach out again if I ever have an issue. Very reasonably priced, too.

Great experience working with Pete’s Appliances. We have used Pete’s four times now to fix a washing machine, a fridge, a dish washer, and a gas stove/oven. Each service call has been great and Pete was able to get our appliances back up and running quickly. I would highly recommend giving Pete’s Appliances a call if you find yourself needing to get something fixed and want it repaired correctly and quickly.
