Such a great experience! I had a flat tire and they were super nice and helpful. They took care of my tire last minute and were super fast and efficient I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to help. It’s hard to find places like this nowadays. Definitely recommend them. Thank you guys again!

I had a great experience with this mechanic shop from the moment I dropped off my car. The customer service was excellent, and everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional, and very informative. Mr. James kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and made sure I understood everything instead of leaving me guessing.
It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you feel comfortable trusting, but their communication and professionalism definitely made a great first impression. I truly appreciated how I was treated and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service, knowledgeable staff, and honest communication.

Came in to have TPMS sensors programmed on the new wheels I had put on my truck. Without missing a beat was told let’s see if we can just program them and if we can no charge. Well Auston the Technician spent about 20 minutes not only programming my sensors but also took the time to check and make sure all my tires were at the correct pressures. I still went back up front to ask again what I owed and was told not a thing. These guys were more concerned with making a customer happy than making a buck. Definitely recommend for all there services!

Took my vehicle in to have a leaking tire repaired. I was greeted by Cody who was very friendly and professional. He let me know that it would be about 20-30 minutes before they could get to it (it was just after Monday after the July 4th holiday weekend) which was fine. I appreciated him letting me know. They had it repaired and ready in right at 30 minutes. Great job and great service!

I want to start by saying that this will likely be the best one-star review I've ever given, and I would consider using Pete's Automotive again. However, I feel compelled to explain why I'm giving them a one-star rating instead of five.
I took my truck in for front-end work and four brand new tires. They did an excellent job on the front end, but I ran into issues with the tire balance. When I noticed a slight vibration after picking up my truck, I returned to let them know. Although the service manager, whom I really like, instructed them to re-balance my tires, it seemed like they were hesitant to address the issue thoroughly.
When I picked up my truck, they hadn't actually looked at the tire balance. Instead, I received vague explanations about why they couldn't check it. Frustrated, I took my truck to a tire shop, where I found out that the second tire they pulled off needed a significant amount of weight. The technician even mentioned that the weights probably fell off, as there was no way they could have missed that during the initial balancing.
Now, my truck drives perfectly after the rebalancing, but I ended up spending an additional $60 and my time that I shouldn't have had to if the technician had just balanced my tires correctly in the 2nd time. So while the front-end work was done well and my problem is fixed now, the inconvenience was disappointing.
Will I use them again? Yes, but I’ll definitely be paying closer attention to the repairs next time.

At the same time, we're sorry to hear you were frustrated by the process surrounding the tire balance concern. We understand how disappointing it can be to spend additional time and money trying to resolve an issue after a repair.
Because we were not able to inspect the vehicle after the work performed by the tire shop, we can't say with certainty what caused the vibration or what they found during their inspection. Very expensive..😱 they try to charge me almost $1,500 for something that I pay $500 the very sad part was when they charge in full for something that they don't complete to fix now I have to go back and I'm very sure they will charge me again for the same amount for the same shit that they supposedly fix on the first time like 2 weeks ago

These guys took care of me when I was in desperate need. I was traveling to my next gig and broke down outside of town. They worked with me to get me back on the road, which is my lifeline. I travel for work and not having my car would be devastating.
They worked with my budget and and I'm so grateful for them. Not only did they get my car running again, I got an oil change as well. I would recommend this place anyone. There's guys are awesome and will take care of both you and your vehicle. Shoutout to Steve and Cody especially for great communication and solid work.
