Pete has a vast amount of knowledge and expertise about every aspect of technology devices and electronics. Most importantly, he is kind, patient, trustworthy, and has laudable values. He came to our home to install a Roku for our television, and to demonstrate how to use it. However, he exceeded our expectations and also mentored us about iCloud and helped us to understand more about storing photos from our phones. Having an honest electronics tutor in our community is a gift! We will continue to be loyal customers for as long as Pete is in business. He is truly in a league of his own.

Pete was able to fit us in next day to troubleshoot some issues with our WiFi that I wasn’t there to fix. He quickly fixed the problem and reconnected all our devices to the network. He was incredibly knowledgeable and a fantastic communicator. Impeccable customer service! I’ll definitely be calling him if I have any issues in the future.
Pete is phenomenal! On the day of his appointment, he called to confirm. He is very honest, friendly and efficient. He will look at any computer device within his 1 hour time period for $100. He solved the issue with my desktop and a laptop and explained what he did. He also guarantees his work for 90 days. If I have any further issues, I will DEFINITELY be calling him again.
