Review from Google · view on GoogleFast forward, I was framed by a vengeful and spiteful family member that acted as a “witness” that did not tell the complete story to the police and was charged with a misdemeanor for something so minor that I didn’t even do, I was so upset and frightened because I’d never thought I’d be in this situation, I’m a good citizen and stay far away from these things, the police is stupid and incompetent just a big ego that’s all and they don’t hear all, the San Joaquin DA sucks, they all need to get sued, they will charge such minor “crimes” and not focus on big ones, they don’t do thorough investigations, even after the “victim” repeatedly advised them in writing that there should be no charges and no complaint and explained why, the DA still did not listen, they literally filed the complaint shortly after the arrest which makes me think they didn’t do a thorough investigation. This is why our county sucks, we have incompetent people working at the DA office, they also seem racist to certain names or ethnicities. Peter helped me so much to clear my name for something I didn’t even do, thank you, a great man. I’ve never been framed for a “crime” before but you can meet crazy people in your life that can do that to you, so stay in good company, I never thought a family member would do this to me, you don’t call the police on family unless it’s extreme, this was so trivial. He’s the man to call. Once they saw who was representing me, the case resolved very quickly, who’s representing you matters. Peter is a former DA, he knows their language. He’s the best attorney in the state, it’s incredible, he’s the defense and the prosecution.

He described what to expect very well and the DA ended up not pressing charges and dropping the case. Definitely worth the time.

He kept me calm throughout the entire process, he was professional and communicated exceptionally. He is a very busy man, rightfully so, and still made time anytime I called or texted. Hopefully I never have to see him again, but he would be the first person I called if ever in trouble again (he also has a great sense of humor) THANK YOU PETER and God Bless!
