10/10 would recommend. The staff was super friendly, our nurse was Nicole and she was so personable and gentle with my dog. Dr. Bogan was an amazing doctor and was explained things very well. I have a very nervous dog that had not been to the vet in 10 years or so & I have just as much anxiety bringing my dog to the vet especially under such urgent circumstances such as today, and the staff here was amazing. Very accommodating and overall a great experience. Thank you all

Went in to establish care -vaccines for my 3 month old maltipoo Saidee Belle 🐩🎀💓 and my entire experience was amazing…for starters I loved the set up of the facility, the nurse who checked us in was so sweet, personable and very knowledgeable so I was already sold…then I spoke with Dr.Vanish and her bedside manner was 10/10….she was sooo patient and made the experience feel easy going…as a first time mom to my fur baby she let me ask all the questions I needed to ask her without making me feel rushed or like I was asking her silly questions..I appreciated that more than she knows…as a nurse who works with patients my interaction with Dr.Vanish made me want to step my game up. I will definitely be returning and recommending her and Petfolk to other pet moms. The nurse who checked us out was super sweet as well. Overall a 10/10 experience!

I had a last minute appointment today for my dog and Morgan Tori Dr Moore and the young lady that microchipped my dog were so sweet and accommodating! The process was smooth and my dog didn’t cry at all despite not being sedated. This was our second visit at this location and I am touched by how sweet they treated us!

Took my large dog here for a check up as we had some concerns about his health. We made an appointment online and were taken in right away. The staff was very friendly and really seemed to love my dog! Jada was our vet tech and very friendly and detailed with her questions. While we waited on our urinalysis Keli, one of Petfolks partners, came in to see us and our dog. Keli was very kind and just spoke to us about our dog and the franchise, did not try and sell anything. Lastly we had Veterinarian Bogan who was very nice and detailed in her report of the urinalysis. She broke everything down for us and even recommended some products (not sold there but through Chewy, so once again not selling us anything!).
Overall the staff was very friendly, seemed as they really care about my pet, and were detailed in all they did! Thank You!
I did see they have emergency services and are open 24/7, I’m not sure the pricing on the emergency side but it is nice to know they are there!

This vet is amazing! They took their time with my cat and even advocated for her about a vaccine that was required at a groomers that is not typically given to cats! I highly recommend Petfolk you can tell they genuinely care about the pets they take care of and I will definitely be going back!
