3/5 Stars – Excellent Veterinary Care, but Very Frustrating Phone Service "The first time I came here, the experience was wonderful. Doctor Irna was incredibly helpful with my first dog, who is thankfully getting better now, though she still has a bit of a ways to go. I really appreciate the care the doctor provided. Unfortunately, my second experience trying to book an appointment over the phone was incredibly frustrating. I called to get a ballpark estimate for a simple skin test and some routine shots for my two dogs to make sure I could afford the visit. The person who answered the phone was rude and began quoting outrageous prices. When I tried to clarify that I only wanted a specific skin test and nothing else, she became angry and snapped that she 'cannot diagnose a dog over the phone.' I told her multiple times that I wasn't asking for a diagnosis—just a round-about price for the specific services I requested. She then told me she couldn't tell me what tests the doctors would use. It felt like a massive red flag, making it seem like I would be forced into paying for unwanted tests. I ended up calling two other vets in the area, and neither of them had any issue giving me a clear estimate over the phone. Because of this, I'll be taking both of my dogs elsewhere for their wellness exams and the skin check. I am taking away two stars solely for the poor customer service upfront.

I absolutely love this vet office. They are honest and trust worthy. And most importantly they love your pet. They are caring and treated my Guinness like he was their own. The front desk amazing, the techs amazing, and the doctors are amazing. I couldn’t recommend this vet office enough ❤️❤️

From the front desk staff to the doctor, everyone showed so much compassion during a very frightening health emergency with our cat. They acted quickly to stabilize her, kept us updated every step of the way, and even followed up a few days later to check on her recovery. We’re incredibly thankful to have found such a caring urgent care team for our beloved kitty!

The best veterinary clinic in town! ❤️ The entire team is so kind, caring, and professional. We brought both of our cats in for professional dental cleanings and tartar removal, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The doctors take the time to care not only for their patients but also for their owners, making sure we feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. We were especially worried about how one of our cats would handle anesthesia, but the team kept us updated on her condition throughout the entire process, which meant so much to us. Everything went smoothly and quickly, with minimal stress for both of our cats. Thank you, guys, for everything you do! It’s clear how much you care about your patients and their families. We’re so grateful to have found such an amazing team! 🐾❤️

Incredible service and people! My mom doesn’t speak any English and she went in with her cat for an emergency one night. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure my mom understood her options and anticipated cost. Dr. Perdew and Vivian were so patient and understanding, and my mom felt truly comforted despite it being a very scary night for her. They care because they love what they do and you can see it the moment you step into the practice!

Excellent service by the entire team. Dr. Cordell was absolutely amazing and took the time to sit with me and fully explain treatment options and plans. My boy is home recovering but already showing signs of feeling better. Thank you all so much for helping my boy.

Terrible service; I had to remove my pet from there.

This staff gave me a bad service, very bad when attending to me they have discriminated against me they did not want to attend to me as established I have had to return with my pet without the protocol it is unfortunate that I do not have a human heart and I want to make it clear that at no time did I ask for the service for free 😡😡

Petsmart veterinary service is a very caring facility with great people. We stumbled upon them when we needed urgent care for our sweet girl Bailey one night back in January. We weren’t prepared for her diagnosis of Hemangiosarcoma, but the entire team that night handled it with grace and dignity as we made the hardest decision of our lives to let her go. The lady who usually runs the front desk was so sweet and kept in touch with me over the next week while we waited for Bailey’s ashes to be returned from Agape. We also received the sweetest card in the mail, which was appreciated more than I can say. If you are ever in need of urgent care or a vet in general, PVS will take great care of you.
