Thank you Adam, for a thorough inspection and questions answered. Both for initial and yearly inspection.
Very detailed. Adam conducted our 1 year warranty inspection. Spent time walking me through his findings. Found several items our pre close inspector missed. Highly recommend!
Very professional and efficient and I received my report back quick and in a timely manner.
Found reviews for PGR Home Inspection on Facebook and he came highly rated. I needed a home inspection prior to the builders one year warranty expiring. I called Adam and scheduled an appointment and he did not disappoint. Adam was great, very through and down to earth. Sent the report the same day which I will…
Adam was fantastic and evaluated every inch of our home during our 1 year warranty inspection. After conducting the inspection he walked us through what he believed to be the biggest ticket items and what we should push the builder to repair, citing success in helping other homeowners get things fixed. Would absolutely recommend PGR Home Inspections!
