Very thorough in his inspection and an expert in his field. The scheduling was easy and he came right on time. He is quick to generate his report with detailed explanations and pictures.
Extremely detailed oriented while doing our inspection. Throughly explained findings and thanks to him, contractor had to fix unseen issues. Used twice already on our new house and would HIGHLY recommend to use. Will be using for the 11th month inspection.
Second time we have used Adam at PGR Home Inspections in the last 3 years and both times he given us a timely professional inspection that helped set our fears at ease. 🤙👍
Loved Adam Richardson. He did a great job on our drywall and post inspection helping us find things that we would not know to look for and did a wonderful job explaining his findings for our new build in Huger, SC. Highly recommend Adam to do home inspections. Price reasonable too.
Adam was very thorough and helpful in explaining everything that was found during the inspection. Also, very helpful in describing why some of the findings could be an issue later on if not addressed and repaired. Thank you for the peace of mind states away.
Adam at PGR dis a GREAT job. Very thorough and easy to read report with good pictures. Quick turnaround and very helpful answering questions I had after I reviewed the inspection report. I would DEFINTELY use PGR again in the future! Great job, Adam!!!
Missed Major things - Oven leaking Gas, oven light broken, window missing a frame, leak in the kitchen. Rush job not done well, come to find out he squeeze's three houses in a day so not too surprised. Thank god for my stucco inspector he saw more in the house then PGR did. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else.
Adam inspected our home during our Due Diligence period and he was perfect. We were able to communicate beforehand about specific needs. He was prompt and sent us the report quickly. The report itself was amazing. It's color coded, thorough, easy to read, and gave us everything we needed to know to make a well…
