Adam was professional and helpful with any questions we had during the process of the inspection.Highly recommend using him.
Extremely detailed oriented while doing our inspection. Throughly explained findings and thanks to him, contractor had to fix unseen issues. Used twice already on our new house and would HIGHLY recommend to use. Will be using for the 11th month inspection.
A pure pleasure to work with- excellent communication- report was sent quickly and very easy to navigate. I Used Adam for Initial pre-closing inspection and for my one year inspection as well. I will use him on my next house, which is being built now. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Adam was on time and very precise! He checked every nook and cranny. I would recommend him to any and everyone I know. PGR Home Inspection will always be 5 stars in my book.
Adam at PGR dis a GREAT job. Very thorough and easy to read report with good pictures. Quick turnaround and very helpful answering questions I had after I reviewed the inspection report. I would DEFINTELY use PGR again in the future! Great job, Adam!!!
Adam did a walkthrough inspection for me on a newer property I am buying. He had previously done a full write up inspection on a previous home that I ended up not buying. His full report was very detailed and easy to understand as a first time home buyer. I felt confident to have him do the inspection on the next…
