I ordered their service ahead of my house pictures to put in the market. Thinking maybe they may find areas I couldn’t. So it mostly a clean house prior but could still use some work especially in the basement area, you know it’s an unfinished basement, so please help me! Well this is what 400 bucks got me and didn’t make the cut prior to taking photos… oh and the manager wasted my time all day talking about how she understood my frustration but won’t do anything but send another crew out, like you didn’t work the first time why would it work a second time? Plus it defeated the purpose of why I needed you. I can rant forever but I will let the photos talk for themselves…

I would not recommend for a deep extensive move out clean. We have been very ill which caused very low house maintenance over the last 6 months, and why we hired a cleaning company instead of doing it ourselves. Big regret, as many surfaces were missed completely. Several people who saw before and after agreed it was not worth what we paid and did not look like a whole team of people had cleaned. There were several areas that weren’t even wiped down with a wash cloth or looked like any attempt had been made to clean the surface. Everyone I spoke to was really nice though. Admittedly I did not reach out requesting them to come back or resolve my concerns, as we didn’t really have more time / didn’t want to have them come back just to be in the same situation and have time wasted. I think they’d be good for light to moderate cleaning jobs, but for our needs wasn’t sufficient.

I'm not sure why this cleaning business didn't respond to multiple requests for a cleaning quote. First time is shame on them, second time is shame on me for trying to get another reply.

These guys did good for a while then they started sending random cleaners in that didn't follow instructions and did a horrible job. Plus they are pretty expensive. Was not worth the money so we let them go.
