They did an amazing job fixing my Honda Fit! When I picked it up it was fully detailed and looked amazing!!! I got a new engine after my car flooded.

I came in to get the driver side mirror replaced on my Tahoe. The first visit (a week ago), everyone was friendly and engaging. A staff member gave us information on where to get the part and to bring it back and they would do the repair. A week later (today) we returned with the part. Everyone was friendly, funny, helpful, and eager to assist. No appointment being made, we explained our issue, they came to look at the car, and they explained that it would only take 20 minutes to replace the mirror. They repair took a few minutes over but only because they repaired another part of my door that has been pushed in too far. They went above beyond. To repair my mirror, and another issue that I needed fixed, was awesome! Furthermore, my service was discounted in an act of kindness, and asking that I pass it on, causing me to pay for another family's food later that day. They gave me a blessing in their own way today, and I surely paid it forward. Thank you Phillips Auto Body

This shop went above and beyond. My sons first car and we had tried to do his electric window ourselves and failed!! Not only were they polite and helpful but the part we bought and brought was faulty. They sent it back themselves and even had new part delivered! They treated us with such respect and kindness. I cannot recommend them enough. I wish they did everything. I would bring my cars to them for every piece of work available. Honesty and kindness go a long way.

First time customer. I refused the work because I felt I could beat the price. Also the company refused to repair the bumper; recommend purchase bumper only. That’s ok, but I wasn’t ready to spend the money for the parts to replace at this time. Customer was good
