Customers consistently praise Phoenix Cleaning Solutions for punctuality, professional communication, and thorough carpet and upholstery services, noting that staff often restore old or stained fabrics effectively. Pricing is described as fair, and the company is recognized for its responsiveness to scheduling needs and follow-up on minor issues. However, a small number of reviews indicate dissatisfaction with the removal of specific pet odors or persistent stains, with one customer reporting that professional cleaning failed to address trouble spots that a store-bought product resolved.

Great cleaning job on older, mid price range rug. We are going to try our higher priced rugs next. Very nice and very good.
Phoenix was amazing I was going to replace my carpet and they came in quickly changing that idea. I’m not sure what chemicals they used but put carpet will not need to be replaced.!
