Called Beau with Phoenix because I saw the 5’Star ratings. They are indeed a 5 Star service. They were awesome and have the most organized and polite crews. They are careful and helpful on items you might be concerned with. I had most everything boxed up and in less than 3 hours they were done with our 4 bedroom and 3 living areas. Moved us out of state and delivered to other locations. They will do whatever you need, such as haul off unwanted items! Kudos to

We had a wonderful experience with this moving company. They packed our nearly 6,000 sq ft house in a day and a half—thorough, careful, and efficient. Everything was wrapped well, nothing was broken, and the crew worked well together the entire time-you can tell they are used to working together which makes a huge difference.
They moved us into our new home in under five hours and set the furniture back up. They were happy to handle anything we asked and cleaned up after themselves.
A few days later, when we found a mat that belongs under the gun safe, they came back and put it in place for us. I appreciate finishing a job with excellence.
The guys were eager to please and had such pleasant attitudes even after having to wait on us a significant amount of time.
Overall, professional, careful, and enjoyable to work with. We’ve already recommended them to several friends!
Phoenix Express was amazing for us. They moved us from Virginia to the DFW area. They arrived packed the truck with our belongings and 2 days later were at our place dropping everything off. Thank you so much for all the help.
Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Everyone on the crew was polite and efficient. They sent 2 trucks and 4 men to move me, allowing for them to move everything (plenty of space) in one day. The other companies from which I got quotes were only allowing for 1 truck and 2 men, so they both claimed it would take 2 days to move me 180 miles. That also made their quotes higher. So I got better service for less! And the final payment to Phoenix Express was LESS than their quote!! (If you are organized, it helps things go faster.) I would definitely recommend Phoenix Express.

We used Phoenix Express to move us locally, and the entire experience was great! Their packers Ashley, Chloe, Tonia, and Aubrey were amazing & very thorough. On moving day we had Rex, Damar, Freddy, Eric, Fernando, Juan, & John - they were all friendly, worked hard, and completed the job faster than expected. The entire team took great care with our items. We highly recommend them!

Moving from Rockwall, TX to Gilford, NH was one of the biggest and most emotional transitions our family has ever made, and Phoenix Express made it far easier than we expected.
We had a very tight deadline to leave our home, and they responded by sending extra trucks and crew to get everything loaded on time. Their binding contract meant no surprise charges, and they stored our belongings for two weeks until we were ready for delivery.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. The owner was always available to answer any questions or concerns, which gave us real peace of mind. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and it meant a lot that the same crew who loaded our belongings also delivered them to our new home. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage.
Moving across the country is incredibly stressful, but Phoenix Express gave us confidence every step of the way. Their professionalism, honesty, reliability, and genuine care turned a difficult move into a smooth one. We’re truly grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a move.
