I am honored to rate Phoenix Family Insulation 5 stars and higher. Their genuine kindness is what I first experienced. After listening to the issues that I presented, they told me exactly what they could do to solve those problems. NO SALES PITCH. My attic inspection was scheduled right away, and I was given a very honest assessment and quoted a very fair price. The staff showed up on time, stayed dedicated to the task of removing insulation, ceiling, and installing new insulation--all day long. The work area was thoroughly cleaned when the job was finished. But it is the kindness, the courtesy, and the professionalism that I most appreciated. Don't hire any other company for your attic work until you at least give this company an opportunity first. You won't be disappointed. Blessings.

Fast professional and quality work. Follow-up and pricing was unmatched 100/10! I highly recommend getting a quote from PHX Insultation and two other companies: you will see how their service and pricing is just superior to others.
Price assessment: Great price

Excellent company. Easy to work with, was on time and completed the job/clean up in the timeframe that had stated. The install guys, were nice and professional and Gilbert did a great job showing me the attic once it was completed. I highly recommend Nick and Phoenix Family Insulation!

Great job, honest assessment of what I needed, no attempt to convince me to but other services (they even talked me out of something I thought I might need.) would definitely give them my business again in the future.

Nick, Tim, and Luis did a fantastic job with our attic insulation. We went from R13 to R48. Professional, on time, and did not oversell. Price was extremely competitive. They use a well rated product as well.

Nick was great to work with. Absolutely no pressure and very knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and the differences in the levels of insulation. He never tried to upsell or sell anything that wasn’t necessary. The crew that came to do the work were very friendly and completed the work fast and efficiently. They left the job cleaner than when they began. The price was very fair .
I would highly recommend Phoenix Family Insulation. Call them for a quote. You won’t regret it.
