All State Roofing responded quickly to our tile roof repairs/tile replacement, needed for damages from the 2026 windstorms. They did fantasy work, promptly arrived & cleaned up without leaving any mess! We highly recommended them!

I would not have left this review if it were not for the persistent requests of Allstate Roofing. However, if I am going to leave a review, I am going be honest about my experience.
The project manager told me to leave a review as feedback on a sheet he gave when the work was finished. If that was filled out they would offer me a discount. I filled it out and let the office know the review was left. The discount was given. Apparently, the PM misunderstood. I was then told the review was not to be left on the paper and instead needed to be left on Google. I felt I had done what was presented and ask of me so I did not leave a Google review. They have now continued to pressure me for a review so this is it:
The quality of the roof appears sufficient as it has held up over the recent heavy rains. Communication with the project manager was okay but not great. Timelines were unclear. My biggest complaint was that they left behind a lot of debris. I spoke to the office and PM about this. The PM came back out to the house and picked up a few nails. However, I collected quite a few on my own even after that and to this day am still picking them out of the yard. Roofing nails and sharp metal pieces continue to wash off the roof when it rains. On the roof, they also left a bucket of roofing tar and broken tiles after they had told me they were done with the job. When I brought it up they said they were intending to come back the next day and get them.
I have had a nail and a razor blade in my tire since the roof was finished. This may have been unrelated but I continued to voice my concerns to the PM and office as I was worried something like this would happen. I have now spent nearly $1,000 on new tires over the last month (again could be unrelated) but considering the fact that I continue to find these nails and metal scraps it's hard not to look at the correlation.
Ultimately, I was made to feel like the review was much more important to them than making sure the service was complete and the customer was satisfied. I expressed these frustrations on the written review and thought that was the appropriate place to give this feedback rather than in a review like this.
We received three bids to redo our roof and Allstate Roofing stood out from the beginning. The owner came out and was very thorough, provided a detailed portfolio, and anticipated our questions. Their pricing was also very competitive. We even had them resurface the flat roofs above two patios. Their dedicated crew was there consistently. Nelson, the project manager was always available to address any questions and concerns. Their attention to detail of the final product and clean up was greatly appreciated. We would confidently and highly recommend Allstate Roofing.

I had to get my entire roof redone. They gave me a very fair quote and did an excellent job. They worked in a timely and efficient manner, and were very polite and easy to coordinate with.
Just had them replace the underlayment for my house, extremely pleasant experience working with them. Very competitive price around the valley. Highly recommend!!!!

The removal of my concrete tile roof went very fast, the new waterproof underlayment was nailed down and the concrete tiles were replaced, along with some new tiles, all over a three day period. Clean-up was very good with only a few nails left over for me to pick up. I still have not had a good rain to date to find out how well my new roof will keep me dry. I am very pleased with the work done by Allstate Roofing.

That 2ply system of MB Technology's TU-43 does have the 30 year workmanship and manufacturer warranties. It was a pleasure working with you.
We had some tiles move due to the wind. We schedule to come out and give us estimate with Allstate Roofing Contractor. Chad Thomas, the owner came out on time as schedule. He was very professional and he treated us very respectfully. He checked out roof and fix all the tiles in proper place. He did not charged us anything for it and also did not try to get more money out of us by pointing out unnecessary damages. We so appreciate his honesty. You hardly find that now a days.
We felt like God has send his man to us at right moment since after just he left there was little rain a sign of bringing a good luck to our door.
We are very thankful and hope we have more companies and people like this will make world more better place to live.

We've have a past history with Allstate Roofing........with 2 small jobs in Sun City West and a whole roof job now in Scottsdale.........From the 1st time we met with Chad Thomas in SCW we were very impressed and chose Allstate to do the work.
The person who did the work on that property was Johnny Jacobo, who turned out to be a Godsend..........and we asked that Johnny be involved with our project in Scottsdale......Johnny not only promised many fine details, but also delivered on each and every one of them..........We have only the highest praise and esteem for this person......
The Allstate team was exceptionally professional including the office coordinator Veronica Lancuki, who brightened my day with answers to my many queries....
