Phoenix Roofing & Repair made the entire process start to finish very easy. Allison was awesome from getting our claim through insurance through the entire process of the actual install of our new roof. Zane was on top of things when it came install day and made himself available for any questions that might of come up. Their crew was very efficient & professional, they cleaned up perfectly & left everything just as they found it. I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing & Repair for your new roof. They will make the entire process start to finish very easy.
Scheduled an appointment for roof replacement estimation 10-11am this morning. No one shows up, no message, no phone call. I called their office around 12:30pm, first goes to their voice message. then later on they told me their staff was out for something else, and sorry that no one convey that information to me. Well, I am glad they eventually didn't come but I was already able to tell this is not a good company to go with. So surprise there are so many positive review here. Maybe this means something...

Phoenix roofing came out knocking door to door, gave them the opertunity to make a roof claim. They went up took pictures & told me they lifted some shingles to take pictures. They had put a tarp over the open areas, thinking they would be back to do the work. Once we proceeded with the claim waiting on insurance they completely ghosted me. Now I have a open claim with insurance & Its been over a year allready supposably they are going to come fix the open areas.

We chose Phoenix Roofing and Repair for a commercial roof repair after seeing their high ratings on Google. We are a small charter school organization in Phoenix and contacted them because we had a roof leak that needed to be addressed.
The initial contact was quick and responsive, but unfortunately, communication and follow-through went downhill from there. We were given a date when someone would come out to complete the repair, but no one showed up and we received no communication letting us know there was a problem. I had to call the company to find out what happened. I was then contacted by the repair person and told he was having truck problems.
We rescheduled for another day, and once again, no one showed up and no one contacted us. I again had to call the company to find out what was happening. This time I was told the repair person was sick, and I was given unnecessary details regarding his illness.
What should have been a relatively straightforward commercial repair ended up taking nearly six weeks to complete. Even after the first repair visit, I had to contact the company again because the work had not been completed as described in the estimate.
To their credit, the finished repair area looks good. Unfortunately, the amount of follow-up required on our end, the repeated missed appointments without communication, and the overall lack of professionalism overshadowed the quality of the final repair.
I paid the remaining balance in full today because, at this point, I simply wanted to close this out and move on. There were some attempts to address the situation from a customer-service standpoint, but they felt half-hearted compared with the amount of inconvenience and time this process required.
Based on our experience, I would not use Phoenix Roofing and Repair again. The final repair may look good, but what it took to get there was not worth the time, frustration, or money.
I knew I needed a new roof because my AZ room had a leak, but I just figured I had an old house n I'd just put a bucket down when it rained. That was until Andrew Roller from Phoenix Roofing & Repair was walking through my neighborhood and happened to catch me outside. Normally I would have dismissed the sales pitch, but there was something about Andrew that made me stop and listen. There was no pressure, and it made sense to get a new roof where all I would need to pay is my deductible. Andrew helped make the call with me to my insurance company to put in the claim. He met with the claims adjuster to get my claim approved. He had excellent communication with me....was there every step of the way. Andrew even hooked me up with Josue Ramos owner of Royalty Build Group who ended doing the interior construction n painting of my whole ceiling. Both companies produced incredible quality workmanship in a short amount of time. In closing, if ever in need of a new roof or even if you have questions please reach out to Andrew Roller...you will not be disappointed and you will be happy you did...he's the BEST!!

I had hail damage on my roof, and my insurance company refused my claim. After Marco and his people at Phoenix Roofing and Repair got involved, I ended up with a beautiful new roof paid for by the insurance company. They used quality wood and the newest shingle technology. I am very pleased with the result.
