This team met all complex engineering specifications and city of Redmond rules and requirements. You are very thoughtful, looking ahead, with suggestions and adjustments to complete rebuilding this driveway, making it solid and beautifully done.
You are the expert. You have the experience of quickly adapting and resolving any problems coming our way, including any on-the-spot requirement changes from City of Redmond. While I have other stressful situations and worries, you never add any problems to my list. You took care of them all.
I appreciate every team member for all you do. I highly recommend this dependable, friendly, and work quality paving company.

Lonnie and the guys did a great job fixing a sink hole in my driveway. They showed up when they said they would got to work with their equipment and completed the job. They were very respectful of the surroundings with all their equipment and I can recommend the crew.

Lonnie and his crew were absolutely amazing!! On time, professional, conscientious and all around great guys!! I’ll be calling them back to take care of the other side of our driveway. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate those guys!!

Very poor experience with Lonnie. He was unprofessional, did not follow the agreed contract, and tried to increase the price after the work had already started. The quality and handling of the work were also disappointing.
I would also take the positive reviews with a grain of salt. In my experience, customers were pushed to promote the company after the job, with incentives such as discounts tied to promotion. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend working with Lonnie.

Great job resurfacing our driveway. Job was done professionally, on time, on budget. Had all my questions answered before hand so there were no surprises. Minimal cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend Lonnie and his crew!

The team at Picasso paving was amazing! They all worked together to seamlessly, they put new asphalt on a commercial parking lot. They took out the old curb stops put in new ones. They striped and painted. They showed up on time and worked until the project was done. I would highly recommend them to other customers. Thank you.

Picasso Paving was great to work with from start to finish. We had multiple bids and most were within 10% of each other. We asked to have the depth of the asphalt quoted increased to 3" because we drive heavier vehicles. They were quick to update their quote. The workers were conscientious and efficient. We enjoyed chatting with them at the start and end of the project. The driveway looks great! While we haven't driven on it yet, we believe the quality of workmanship should hold up well!
