Mark was a perfectly nice person, but did not catch the fact that our tankless hot water heater was not installed up to code so now we are on the hook for extensive repairs to relocate the unit that was installed in a haphazard way. Never ask a realtor to recommend a home inspector!

Mark Russo is a pleasure to work with! My clients and I rely on his expertise, knowledge and professional reporting skills, during one of the most anxiety inducing periods of the home purchasing process. Mark is responsive, thorough, and a non-alarmist - which is important to me as a Realtor. I will continue to recommend Mark‘s professional services throughout the South Shore of Massachusetts.

I had never met Mark or used Pillar To Post's services until my recent home inspection, but upon meeting him I was delighted to find that he was very nice, personable, and professional. Mark was happy to chat and answer all of my questions throughout the inspection.
I had initially paid extra for water testing through Pillar To Post, but later discovered the seller had recently had one done and made the lab results available. Mark offered to refund of that extra service and it was very easy to simply credit my card for that cost.
All in all I was very satisfied with the experience and results of the home inspection, and though I had primarily wanted the infrared scan offered in the Premium package, the additional features the package included, such as the 3D view and floor plan, have been quite a nice thing to have available too.
I would definitely recommend Mark Russo!

I’m delighted to hear you had a great experience! It was great meeting you, and I’m happy that I could make the home inspection process smooth and informative. It's also nice to know the extra features, like the 3D view and floor plan, ended up being valuable for you. And no worries about the water testing—it’s important to me that you only pay for what you need, so I’m glad we could sort that out easily. Thank you so much for the great review and for recommending my services!
