I used this company for two home inspections. The first experience was overall positive. The inspection was scheduled for a Wednesday, and although I had to follow up multiple times through calls and messages, I eventually received the report by Friday. The report itself was thorough and well done, which is why I decided to hire them again for a second inspection.

Unfortunately, the second experience was disappointing. The inspection was originally scheduled for Tuesday, but the inspector never showed up and didn’t notify me in advance. I didn’t hear back until two hours after the scheduled time, and the inspection was rescheduled to Wednesday.

After that, I had to wait again for the report. Despite multiple follow-ups, I wasn’t provided with the report until the following Monday. I was informed there was a family emergency, which I understand, but I was repeatedly told the report would be sent "shortly" or "immediately," which didn’t happen. As a result, I had to put my weekend plans on hold waiting for the report.

Overall, the inspection quality is good, but communication and timely delivery need significant improvement

I had the pleasure of working with Humza on completing the inspection of a home recently. He made me feel more comfortable about the purchase, and was extremely detailed in the inspection report and throughout the entire process covering each room in detail. It really helped me with providing the seller honest but detailed feedback on noted opportunities with the home’s interior/exterior. From the great communication, to tips for overall maintenance, Humza was awesome and would recommend him and his team to anyone in need of an inspection.
