Joined the radiography program in 2024, just graduated early October. I'm nothing but grateful for the experience Pima gave me while doing in class work as well as extern work. Angie, Melissa, Cody & Pam were all great support systems and amazing teachers! Officially an RT(R) thanks to Pima!
I can't say enough good things about my Medical Assistant instructor at Pima Medical Institute, Mrs. Sam. She is always learning new methods so she can teach us the most current standards of practice, and it shows in how prepared we are. She is strict, but it's clear she holds us to a high standard because she wants us to succeed in this career. She expects us to perform at a high level and never be afraid to ask for help, which created a classroom where it was safe to ask questions and grow. She often shares her own experiences and the lessons she took from them, and I learned so much from those stories. She's always pushing us to become the best version of ourselves. Every skill Mrs. Sam taught me, I have used at my externship site, and I'll keep using them because I was hired there. I'm so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her and the Pima Medical Institute program to anyone starting this path.
Thank you for what you do! Seriously, Pima students for SPD are vastly way more prepared for externships than any of the other schools I let into my department. I have had a lot of great students come through that I hired and have become amazing workers!
It was a truly pleasant experience for me and all my classmates; I learned a lot from them and, above all, from the teacher, who was very patient with each of us and explained everything in the best possible way. Thank you.
I’m still a student here at Pima it’s a good school and the staff helps you a lot as well. Mrs. Chrysta is my teacher she’s helpful and explains the assignment/skills good. I would recommend that people join Pima Medical Institute for a good experience for their future careers.

Went in for a tour, couldn’t do a couple test that day so I made an appt for another day- and a lady named “Gigi” never answered any of my emails anymore🙂 They swear that they take pride in supporting students when in all reality they really don’t care!!
