As always, I have gotten the most compassionate and empathetic care I could hope for from the team at Pineville Animal Clinic. From being able to treat three separate animals that grew up with the team in two days and offering every option to provide palliative care to my ailing cat and 18 year old dog, I remain in awe of the personal service and dedication that the whole team at Pineville Animal Clinic provides me and my family.

Saw great reviews on this vet and decided to bring my dog here for care after moving to Charlotte. The reviews were correct- they went above and beyond to make my dog feel comfortable at his visit especially with him having anxiety at the vet. They were very accommodating and talked everything through with me. The vets and staff were all friendly. I would definitely recommend and will continue to take my pup there for care!!! Overall a great experience!

We had such an amazing experience at Pineville Animal Clinic! From the very beginning, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. They acknowledged and treated our pets like they were our kids—which, of course, they are! ❤️🐾 The care has been excellent, from scheduling our appointment to the care and attention we received once we arrived. But most importantly, our dogs were relaxed, chill, and actually excited to greet everyone! Seeing them so comfortable and happy told us everything we needed to know. We recently moved from the West Coast, and finding a great vet for our babies was incredibly important to us. We wanted a place where they would be genuinely cared for and where we could feel confident they were in good hands. We chose the PERFECT place! We couldn’t be happier with Pineville Animal Clinic and are so grateful to have found our babies’ new veterinary home. Highly recommend! Brie and Boomer say thank you!!

I became aware of them from a rescue that I was fostering for. PAC is very good to them and goes the extra mile to insure the animals are safe, healthy and secure. I have moved my 11 year old cat and new kitten to their practice. I was really impressed they called to see how Coco was doing a week or so after I had her in for concerns. It meant a lot. They really care about the animals and have more medical knowledge than I found at my previous providors. I find their pricing more reasonable as well.

I can’t thank Dr. Kristen and the entire team at Pineville Animal Clinic enough! Roger has very high anxiety and is a large dog, but they took the time and patience to make him feel safe. Dr. Kristen spent a full hour with him, gave him his shots, and completed a full physical exam without needing a muzzle. Her knowledge, professionalism, and kindness are truly impressive. She even followed up with me afterward. Thank you so much, Pineville Animal Clinic, for your compassion, patience, and dedication. I am so grateful for everything you do!
