I refused to pay until they came back to fix the terrible job they did. Would NOT recommend this Co, sent back same 2 kids who then gave me attitude. I have never had 2 other CO’s I’ve previously used have to come back, or do such a poor job. I’ll Not be using them again. Adding few photos for reference.

The Pink team is very professional, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. I chose them because they are locally owned, and I love to support local. I’d actually give 4.7 stars due to a couple of issues that could have been avoided. Tight shoe covers are a must, especially after a particularly rainy week, and the guys who came out did the best they could, but still had some wet dirt even with boot covers. One of the smaller, higher to reach windows could have been cleaned better. It almost looks like it might have been forgotten. Again, highly recommend. Will be using them again in the spring!

I can see clearly now—the grime is gone! The views from my windows are infinitely better following the top-notch cleaning by Cotter with Pink’s. I researched several companies and chose Pink’s due to their thorough pricing structure and excellent communications. They were prompt in meeting my request for a bid, answered all my questions and made it easy to schedule the job for a time that was convenient for me. There were lower bids but I feel like the service I received and the stellar results were well worth the price. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
