**Updated review - so, as a one time client they are great. If you need to come in for any kind of downsizing or repeat visits - I would not choose them again. They frequently reschedule appointments or run very late. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, the piercer (Madison - not my original piercer) didn’t clean the piercing before switching it. Didn’t sterilize the labret. Didn’t have any hemostats clean by her own admission. Saw Ebony today to do three piercings and she was phenomenal. Very warm and inviting but also professional. She explained each step from picking out jewelry to the healing process. I also loved that she has a healthcare background, I felt super comfortable with her abilities. Definitely recommend requesting her if you have piercing needs.

So two stars because the following: originally scheduled appointment for my daughter but she got sick so we rescheduled a couple days later. She ended with a stomach virus and even though she was feeling better we rescheduled and she was nervous that getting her navel pierced would cause her to be nauseous again. So we rescheduled a week out to ensure she was better. Pinky was understanding and said that she herself was feeling well either the first time we rescheduled. (This now put my daughters appointment 2weeks from the original date) At 9:25pm the night before her appointment Pinky messaged that she was sick and needed to reschedule. Since she was gracious when my daughter was sick we agreed and pushed it a couple days... Then she reached out again to reschedule saying she was feeling better but not 100%. Understandble so agreed to reschedule for the next day. The next day she reached out again saying she was still sick and to push it a few more days...this would be the third time she rescheduled and we did not have time to postpone again. When asked if anyone else was available she said not till Wednesday. So we asked for our deposit back, which we did receive. I was skeptical to book with her after previous reviews having the same issue, I should've trusted my gut. Seems she has done this to multiple people according to reviews as well as a few we ran into at the other establishment that actually ended up piercing us the same day. 2 stars cause we did get our deposit back and I'm sure the other employees have a better track record.
Madison was absolutely the best piercer I’ve ever had she was so nice and gentle and ran me through every little detail, I will definitely be coming back to pinky’s place and asking for her specifically, if I get another piercing, 10/10 I recommend
